Situated in a very quiet hamlet surrounded by sunflower fields, this tastefully renovated farmhouse is less than 10 minutes drive from Saint-Savinien: a beautiful small town on the river Charentes with a park for children in a bend of the river. Less than an hour from the beach, the historic towns of La Rochelle, Rochefort and Saintes, or the islands of Ile de Re and Ile d'Oleron, this home from home boasts excellent facilities for families. These include a gated swimming pool with attached paddling pool, bicycles of different sizes and a range of ball games.
