About this property

Casa Alegria is a very popular holiday home amongst tourists looking for a property near the beach and the center of town, with a private pool and that can accommodate up to 10 people. Specially popular for families with small children as the swimming pool is a kids swimming pool only 1 mts deep.
As this property is in Nerja town, as long as you do not have mobility problems, it is the ideal place to not worry about the car, you can easily access on foot the center of the town (approx. 20 minutes), Burriana Beach (Approx. 10 minutes) and there are two supermarkets about 5 minutes walk.

Away from the hustle and bustle of the centre and noisy entertainment venues, you can enjoy the tranquillity by the private swimming pool.
The roof top terrace offers panoramic views and has sun all day long (even in the winter). At the terrace you will find a pérgola under which we have a large table and 10 chairs for your family meals outdoors. We also have 8 sun loungers and several parasols.
Casa Alegria is part of a complex of 3 houses together with Casa Tess and Casa Sonrisa, in total they can accommodate up to 22 people. These three houses only share the entrance from the street and the pools and terraces are exclusive to each house.
Inside you will find the whole house on one floor, although to access the terrace and the entrance of the house there are some stairs.
There is a living room, dinning area and a kitchen that has everything you need (oven, fridge, hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, etc). It has TV with both local and international channels, amongst the international ones there are English, French and German channels.
The house consists of 4 bedrooms, two of which have 3 single beds and two with double beds.
It also has of two bathrooms with showers.
The whole house has air conditioning and heating and has WIFI.
Included in the price is cleaning at the beginning and end of the stay, bedsheets and towels and also beach towels. On request we can also offer cots and high chairs at no additional cost.
We offer the possibility of accepting animals only outside the months between May and October.
We offer prices with great discounts for winter stays longer than 2 months.

Great house near burriana beach

Put group of six adults had a great time relaxing in nerja at this house. The kitchen had everything we needed and there was plenty of space for us to hang out by the pool. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the beach and there is a grocery store 5 mins away, which made it super easy to do everything on foot! The balcon de Europa and lots of restaurants are also an easy walk away.

Family/Teenager Holiday

We were two families with 4 teenage girls between us ages 14,15 and 17. The house was a perfect base for us all with two bathrooms which is a necessity with girls! Plenty of space in the house and it was well equipped for our self catering stay. With a short walk down to the beach (a bit slower back up the hill!) the girls could easily go by themselves and once they found the shops in Nerja town they were off. Ideal location for them to have a bit of freedom and we had the pool to cool off. great supermarket literally metres up the road. The host went above and beyond to help us with transfers and taxis, even dropping some of us off herself when the taxi didn’t arrive on time. Lovely relaxing holiday for the adults!!!

Preciosa

Preciosa casa. Muy bien montada, con mucho gusto y todo lo necesario para una estancia perfecta. La piscina particular un lujo y la azotea-solarium otro lujo. La anfitriona muy agradable y disponible para cualquier duda que surja. Muy recomendable. Sin duda para repetir.
