Beautiful little townhouse

We really enjoyed staying just a few minutes walk from the town centre, but also in a very quiet area. Everything we needed was in the house and eight of us fitted nicely.

Location is perfect- near to everything - Beach , restaurants , trips, hiking, town. Private parking. Wifi Aircondition in all bedrooms. We had a lovely stay in Nerja. Nice and helpfull landlady.

Great value, great location

Perfect location i Nerja for the big family, undisturbed but yet close to everything. The terraces are perfect for big gatherings thought the indoor areas are pretty small. We had some issues with the appliances but it was fixed by the manager when we mentioned it. One included parking place is a great benefit in Nerja were it sometimes can be hard to find parking.

Annual Nerja walking holiday

As a group we have been basing ourselves in Nerja for more than 10 years now, because it has quick access for the mountain walking in the day, and access to the beach, restaurants and bars in the evening. We have been in a variety of accommodation types over those years. We all agreed that this was by far the best we have had. Air conditioning, washing machine, two verandas, fridges, tv channels in English, showers, plenty of kitchen equipment etc etc. Quiet street with allocated secure parking. For those who know Nerja, this is a big plus. All of this for a great price. Than you Maria from us all

Wir haben alle Mahlzeiten auf der oberen Terrasse verbracht und die kalten Mahlzeiten alle oben gerichtet. Herrlich. Nur zum kochen haben wir die untere Küche genutzt. Für 8 Leute ist alles im Haus. Die Lage ist super, da man viele unterschiedliche Strände zu Fuß erreichen kann, nur das Mopedgeknattere in der engen Straße war manchmal etwas nervig. Empfehlenswert, wenn man keinen Luxus sucht. Für uns war es super!

Skønt hus tæt på alt

Dette hus har en dejlig beliggenhed og to skønne terrasser. Der er mulighed for indkøb lige i nærheden og bageren rundt om hjørnet bager dejligt brød til morgenmaden. Maria er super venlig og yder stor service. Desuden er der parkering lige overfor huset, hvilket er et must, med mindre man vil betale ekstra og bruge tid til og fra den store parkeringsplads. Vi vil til hver en tid anbefale huset.

casa tradicional reformada al lado de la playa

La casa está bien acondicionada, tiene todo lo necesario. El aire acondicionado funcionó bien para las horas de calor. Las dos terrazas son un respiradero. Tiene todos los utensilios y está a 2 minutos de las playas y calas de Nerja, además de estar a 2 minutos de la zona de restaurantes y tiendas.

Un séjour au centre de Nerja

La maison est bien agencée et bien équipée. La situation au centre permet de rejoindre les cafés et restaurants ainsi que faire les courses à pieds. Un seul défaut, la maison est orientée nord, ce qui doit être très bien en été; mais manque un peu de soleil en hiver.

Wonderful house

Maria was just lovely. The house itself was very large and comfortable with everything we could possibly need. The location was excellent.: 3 minutes walk to beach and less than 10 minutes to balcone in centre of town.

Town House Close to shops restaurants and beaches. Good parking.

Maria's house is a traditional town house on a busy side street. It has North facing terraces and I imagine it is cooler in the summer months because of this. The living room is quite dark and I found it hard to stay warm inside during my winter stay. The house has airco in all rooms but the heat from this is insufficient and intrusively noisy. The sofas in the living room are in a bad condition, old and heavily stained.. however apart from this the house is very well equipped and has plenty of space for a family holiday. Maria is a very nice and helpful host.
