Unique house within a pedestrianised area, in the highly desirable old town, just 5 minutes from the beach and in the centre of all of Nerja’s amenities.
A complete newly built property of impeccable design, this large 5 bedroom town house has the benefit of a delightful roof terrace with private splash pool (depth 70 cm) and town, mountain and sea views. Finished to high specifications and offering a mix of modern contemporary and old Spanish traditional it is a beautifully presented, home.
From the entrance hall, you step into a stylish, open plan living and dining area leading to an internal patio, and the modern fully equipped kitchen (hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer etc.) On this level there is also a guest shower room.
All 5 bedrooms are on the first floor, along with 3 shower rooms, (2 en-suite). Up to the next floor where you will find the spacious roof terrace, with large sofa and table, four sun loungers, shaded by parasols when necessary, creating a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy the marvelous sunsets.
Due to the location of this property we have to respect the neighbours and keep noise levels to a minimum, therefore it is not suitable as a `party´ venue.
Animals are not accepted.
No smoking within the property.
Beach towels are provided.
A car is not needed.

Fantastic Town House

We were looking for a large modern house, walking distance from the town, restaurants and the beach and lucked out finding this fantastic house. The house is immaculate and perfectly situated with the added bonus of a roof terrance with plunge pool and outside BBQ area. We have visited Nerja several times, and have to say this is one of the best places we have stayed. Highly recommended!

Immaculate property with everything you could need. Lovely large terrace with plunge pool, large kitchen and living area. Fabulous house - perfect location

A lovely, spacious and quiet property with all the amenities you could wish for. Perfect location in town with easy access to everything - shops, restaurants, town centre, Balcon de Europa and beaches. We were a family group of 5 which meant that we had plenty of space in the house, 8-10 people would be much less comfortable. The rooftop plunge pool (shallow) was a huge bonus for cooling off. The provision of kitchen equipment and household essentials was very generous. We loved our stay there and would definitely rent it another time - other houses could be a big disappointment in comparison!

What more could you want?

Just back from 10 days in this house. It has everything you need for a fantastic holiday. Going to Nerja was a 'whole family' decision which, to be honest, I went along with. But Nerja is prettier than the pictures show it to be; and this house is superbly located for the town, as well as being equipped with all you need. We had glorious late September and early October sunshine with temperatures in the high 20's - perfect for us. The rooftop terrace and pool were a big hit with my infant grand daughter, although we didn't spend as much time there as I had anticipated because there were so many good beaches within easy walking times. Finally, a big word of thanks to Debby for all her help and her promptness in responding to messages. We will definitely consider it again if we are doing a similar trip.

Underbart lyxigt hus mycket centralt. Rent och fräscht. 200 m från vår favoritbar Paulinas med de bästa caipirinhias i Nerja. Vi var 8 pers som bodde i huset och 4 som bodde på Pepe Mensa 300 m ifrån. Vårt åldersspann var från 19 -80 år. Alla 12 fick gott om plats att äta tillsammans och spendera tid på den härliga terrassen. Mycket glas och en trappor så kanske inte optimalt med småbarn. Värden Debby var mycket bra med god kommunikation både innan och under resan. Svenskar som äger huset. Hit åker vi definitivt igen.

The accommodation was excellent , modern and well placed 5 minutes walk to the old town centre and 1st beach. The splash pool was great for the 2 toddlers as was the roof top area for sun bathing, the stairs, marble floors and glass balustrades were not suitable for children though but very trendy for adults and cool in the hot weather. The building was very well furnished with all the requirements very well catered for. Debby organised the transport to and from the airport and was a top class air conditioned mini bus. Overall we had a fantastic enjoyable week at Nerja and will be back sometime in the future.

Beautiful house with everything you need in a great lication

This was the best house we have ever stayed in and also in the best location. A tasteful refurbished town house with great layout, lovely bathrooms, comfy beds, nice linen and towels, wonderful air con, and a superb roof terrace. Communication with the host was good, and they went out of their way to help us. The house was brilliantly placed to enjoy all of Nerja, particularly the old town with its wonderful cafes, bars and restaurants. We hope very much to visit again.

we had one problem that was dealt with efficiently and promptly location excellent disappointed with size of pool but excellent roof terrace. would recomendto singles groups or couples but not neccesarilyto family because of the amount of stairs and internal glass
