Open plan reception room with comfortable seating around the double aspect woodburning stove, Smart TV with Freeview, views to the garden. Dining space at the breakfast bar for 2, plus highchair.

Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, dishwasher, electric range cooker with gas hob, microwave.

Partially open to bedroom with double bed (sleeps 2) and day bed (sleeps 1 child), chest of drawers, hanging space, bedside tables.

Bathroom with slipper bath and large walk in shower, WC

Utility area with washing machine, dog bed and dog bowl.



Outside

Landscaped gardens with beautiful views over surrounding countryside, comfortable seating for 4, BBQ, chiminea. Parking for 1 car.

Two dogs are welcome. Please note additional pet charges are £35 per pet per week (or part of) will be charged.
