Villa situated in a good location just 200 meters from famous Malama beach.Within 300 meters walk you find plenty of restaurants, cafeterias, supermarkets,bakery ext. Villa is also close to famous Kalifi and Kohili bars by the beach.
Everything is nearby , you don't even need a car to go around. There is a Luna Park also round the corner. Plenty of good restaurants specialising on Italian ,Greek Food,Steak Houses, Libanese and Fish Taverns.

New leather Sofas, new kitchen table and chairs , new T.V and new Beds, also new Air/cons.
Also outside new sitting area and new sun beds.
Lovely outside shower with a new garden.
