Newly Advertised Spring 2022. Please see our long established VRBO cottage no. 81692 Bingham for reviews. Our home is located in Bowbridge Road NG24. It is a 15-20 minute walk to town and is not in the main shopping centre. This means you avoid central town parking charges and late night noise. PLEASE BE HAPPY WITH THE LOCATION BEFORE YOU BOOK. This is a good sized 3 bedroom house but only one bedroom is available for rentals. . This is our winter home ! We are thus offering just one en-suite bedroom to discerning couples/singles. A Sofa bed is available if two people want to sleep separately but £10 charge for linen. OUR HOME IS NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN OR BABIES AND THUS THEY ARE NOT ACCEPTED. There is an ensuite shower room and another full bathroom with walk-in shower downstairs. We also offer Dining, Living, Kitchen, innovative cooking area, free wifi and free parking on site. Vintage/industrial theme throughout & including a faux beer garden. This is not your average holiday let!! Newark is a beautiful Georgian town on the River Trent hosting cinema, theatre, museums, daily markets and river trips . Leisure centre 10 minutes walk. Close to many historical places of beauty plus local lakes and parks. Very central for the A1 and M1. Ten minutes drive to the Newark showground. An added bonus is the Hospital emergency care centre 3 minutes walk if anything should befall you PLEASE NOTE ALL BOOKINGS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE UK TRAVEL INSURANCE IN THE EVENT OF ILLNESS, LOSS OF JOB OR FAMILY ISSUES. .

Why they chose this property

The area is beautiful with its Georgian town centre and wonderful parks and lakes. In the summer you can enjoy river trips down the River Trent and are surrounded by wonderful pubs and restaurants within minutes of the river and old castle ruins.
