The villa , recently restored, offers all possible conforts like wifi connection, cable tv, hi-tech kitchen, alarm, noise proof windows and air conditioning. All guest can also use 2 bikes and 3 kayaks free of charge.
There is a huge terrace overlooking the lake, for lunches enjoying the view in a exlusive contest in the lake garda area.

The location is splendid: apart the stunning view you can also enjoy pubs and top quality restaurants at few meters for the villa.
The villa is dog-friently and there is a zone dedicated to keep and protect your dog during the night.

AMAZING HOUSE

Claudio has been an amazing host. It started a few weeks prior to our arrival. We have a baby and needed a crib for the baby, Claudio went above and beyond and bought a crib for us to use which simplified our international trip. He made himself available almost 24/7 to answer any questions or give us recommendations regarding Lake Di Garda or Italy in general. The house is a-m-a-zi-n-g, on the beach, very comfortable, well equipped. Perfect for 3 families with babies. I would highly recommend his apartment to anyone who wants to enjoy Italy at its best. Thanks again for a great time Claudio. We will probably be back soon.

Beautiful house in fantastic setting

Very spacious house and the view from the roof terrace overlooking the lake was wonderful. We appreciated the slight breeze up there too. Claudio, the owner, couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming. It was great having access to the bikes (for a morning trip to the local pasticceria, especially). We had fun in the canoes too. The house is beautifully furnished and the air conditioning works very effectively in the heat. The lakeside location is perfect and we highly recommend this property.

Perfect location and a beautiful terrace!!!

The house was very clean, modern and nice decorated. The house and the garden, with the nice flowers, was very well kept. The bedrooms where nice, especially the master bedroom with a view on the lake. The airco worked very well (even by 34 degrees!). There is also a large garage for two cars, which was for us a big plus! The terrace with beautiful flowers is located one floor higher than the garden, and is very spacious and has a very nice view on the lake. The appartement on the ground floor is spacious, modern decorated and has an very nice and big bathroom. We rented a buoy for our boat located right before the house, which was ideal! Claudio welkomed us very warmly and made a nice mixed drink for us. He took the time to explain everything about the house and the area. If we had questions, we could always reach him by phone.

Paradise by the Lake

What a wonderful Villa and setting on the shore of Lake Garda. It was paradise, weather was fantastic all week. Many thanks to Claudio for showing us around the villa and recommending places to eat and visit and free use of the Kayaks. We stayed for 6 nights, and explored the local area and had trips to Venice (catch train from Desenzano) and a visit to Monte Baldo via the cable car. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone contemplating booking. Tony Uney. Hull England

Magico Garda

Nel fine settimana appena trascorso, abbiamo soggiornato sul Garda in questa bellissima vila in riva al lago. La villa è in una posizione stupenda, praticamente in riva al lago con accesso diretto alla spiaggia ( ottima per la stagione estiva), ha un ampio giardino a lago e sia gli esterni che gli arredi interni sono molto belli e curati nei minimi particolari. Viene da invidiare veramente chi vive qui :) Consigliatissima a tutti quelli che cercano un posto esclusivo in una zona molto tranquilla del Garda.
