Convenient location with added bonus of lift and parking space, a very comfortable, clean, and spacious apartment. Well-equipped and with amazing views across to Loughrigg Fell and beyond from a private balcony. Nigel was a perfect host, with comprehensive guidance provided at all stages of booking and within the property itself. Would not hesitate to recommend as a fabulous place to stay in the Lakes.

Perfect location with amazing views

Great to be so close to the village with your own parking and wonderful views over the countryside. We did 3 walks directly from the cottage without using the car. The flat is luxurious and cozy. Love the map on the wall - excellent for walk planning.

Ideal apartment in the heart of Ambleside

A lovely, bright and spacious one bedroomed apartment within a few minutes walk of the centre of Ambleside with a great outlook. Nigel has thought of everything. It was very much a home from home. The only negative is that there isn't a washing machine/drier which we would regard as an essential in this part of the world where guests spend much of their time outdoors. We would highly recommend and hope we will return again someday soon.

Beautiful Lakes

The property was in a beautiful place with a fantastic view and awesome sunsets. It was very clean, spacious, comfortable and equipped to a high standard. Communication with the owner was excellent. Would definitely recommend for a stay. A lovely property.

Lovely apartment

This is a gem of a location for the Ambleside and Windermere area. The views from the lounge are better than any TV and you are 1 minute walk from the town centre (but without any of the hustle n bustle or noise that normally accompanies this type of setting). Highly recommended to all.
