The price includes all utilities, initial and final cleaning, sheets, pillowcases, and towels. Agreements are in place to obtain discounts on the rental of cars, scooters, bicycles and ferries. Less than 50 meters you can find shops, bars and grocery stores. During the stay no tourist services such as linen changes and periodic cleaning are provided.
