the penthouse location was perfect. so close to the Arc de Triomphe and minutes walking distance to numerous cafes. There were 4 of us that stayed at this apartment and every morning we sat in the terrace that you could view the Eiffel Tower. If i return to Paris, I would definitely rent this apratment again.

This is indeed a uniquely charming property and made us feel like we were 'locals'. The views are stunning and the home is first class all the way.Nice restaurants and a taxi stand in very close walking distance.

Amazing views in an excellent location

The apartment was spacious and clean, with plenty of space for our family. The views from the terrace are incredible. The neighborhood location was extremely convenient, with many sites in walking distance.

Nice Place!

We had the most wonderful stay at this Paris penthouse. The accommodations were absolutely exquisite—stylish, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The hosts went above and beyond, even leaving a bottle of champagne for us, which made our arrival feel extra special. They also helped us find locations and places to go, gave us excellent recommendations, and communicated quickly whenever we had a question. The location could not have been more perfect, with everything we wanted to see and experience just a short walk or drive away. It truly felt like the best of Paris right outside our door. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a memorable and luxurious stay!

This place is amazing! It has all of Paris you want and all of Paris you need. Walking distance to pretty much everything you want to visit during a 5 day stay. Arc de Triomphe: to the left. Eiffel Tower: to the right. Louvre: a beautiful 60min walk along the Seine and cute restaurants around the corner. And in case you never want to leave the house, this place is the perfect spot as well. :)

Wonderful Apartment!

Firstly the incredible terrace and its views are amazing! The owner is very lovely and the property managers are responsive and prompt. They were flexible and helpful. Literally only steps away from everything you may need, groceries, bakery, pharmacy, hair salon, cafes, restaurants, shops, and the metro. Yet still a calm, safe, neighborhood feel. Air conditioning is in one sitting room which has a small dining table and also in one of the two bedrooms. The rest can be cooled generally with plenty of windows and patio doors if there is a breeze and cooler temperatures in the evening. I would love to stay here again for sure.
