It is an antique villa surrounded by vineyards, endless beauty and modern comfort. You can travel in a completely different time zone: in the Tuscan countryside, in a small village enclosed within an antique stone wall which includes the villa, a small church, two rural houses and a park with a swimming pool for moments of relax.

The villa provides its guests with a salt-water pool overlooking the valley, a large solarium area near a smaller relax area with sauna and gymnastics area with a tapis roulant, exercise bike, with separate bathroom and shower.

You can lunch or dine outside on a splendid terrace, which is the ideal frame for enjoying good food and the company of one's family or group of friends in the pleasant Tuscan climate. The villa is surrounded by a well-cared for lawn, suitable for outside living and barbecuing.

In a lovely sunny and panoramic position, on a slightly lower level to the house, is a rectangular swimming pool (depth 1.40 m) that can be heated. It has sunbeds, outside shower, and a few shady areas from which it is possible to admire the magnificent views and sunsets.
