This magnificent villa, is located on the hill of Marigot. It overlooks the lagoon of the Grand Cul de Sac in Saint Barths. Very spacious and warm, it is ideal for a young couple with children. Villa is close to all amenities, a few minutes from several beaches, shops and restaurants.



The Space:

Villa is unique in its South American style with curved doors and windows. In terms of furniture, the large living room is in the centre of the villa with a well-equipped kitchen and a separate dining room. The doors open from the living room onto the sunny terrace and the poolside. The dining room opens onto a charming patio at the back paved and a wooden terrace, nestled in the garden and furnished for outdoor meals. The main bedroom is located on the ground floor and is accessed through a corridor in the living room. It has a double bed with mosquito nets and an adjoining bathroom. The hallway steps lead to the second bedroom, which has a double bed and an adjoining bathroom with shower and bathtub. On the second floor, an office is also available but can also be used as a third bedroom for children or teenagers without air conditioning, additional charges may apply.



Outside, you will find a wooden and stone terrace that surrounds the original hand-cut slate pool. It retains the warmth of the morning sun throughout the day and also overlooks the view.



Villa also has air conditioning in the rooms, WIFI, American satellite television and Spotify music broadcasting. This villa requires a minimum stay of seven nights, except during the Christmas and New Year holidays when there is a minimum stay of fourteen nights. Villa offers a cleaning service six days a week, except on Sundays and public holidays. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa is rented at full occupancy rates, regardless of the number of rooms used. A swimming pool, gardener, household linen, towels, beach towels, iron and ironing board are at your disposal. Please note that this villa is suitable for young children.

It has a four-seater canopy bed. This room can be accessed from the living room corridor. Ocean view, tropical breezes.Television, DVD player and computer in the small room on the mezzanine floor before bedroom 2.



BEDROOM 2: A king size bed, air conditioning, private air-conditioned bathroom with shower, bathtub, and mosquito nets, safe in the room, mosquito nets. Hallway steps lead to the bedroom with ocean views, pool terrace and rear patio. Office: From the second main floor, full size futon in an open space, it can be used as a third bedroom for a child or teenager, without air conditioning, additional charges may apply.TERRACE & POOL: Outdoor and private with deckchairs.
