Mediterranean finca with private pool and garden near Palma de Mallorca, in S'Aranjassa. Here, 6 people can enjoy a quiet holiday between the countryside and the sea.
Only 15 minutes by car from Playa de Palma and the golf course Son Gual, this villa is located in a small urbanisation. Families can visit the Aqualand or the Palma Aquarium and beach lovers have endless possibilities: Cala Blava, Can Pastilla or the natural beaches Ses Covetes, Es Trenc or Arenal de sa Rapita. Palma de Mallorca, the capital of the island, offers a wide range of culture, leisure and gastronomy. In the trendy district Santa Catalina, you can have some tapas in the street market before going out for the evening; in La Llotja and Sant Jaume there are art galleries and on the Paseo Marítimo you will find bars and discos such as Garrito Café or Tito's. Supermarkets, pharmacies, petrol stations and all necessary services are to be found in El Arenal.
The two-storey house offers a lot of space and is surrounded by a pine forest which offers a nice place for the whole family. The private chlorine pool of 50m2 and a depth between 1.4 and 2.2 metres is the highlight of this house. There is nothing better than starting the day with a refreshing swim and then sunbathing on one of the sun loungers. Next to it is the barbecue with table and chairs, the favourite area of every chef. The rooms are large and bright and are spread over two floors. The air-conditioned living-dining room with satellite TV overlooks the pool. From here you reach the well-equipped kitchen, including a gas hob, dishwasher, microwave and air conditioning. A guest toilet is on the ground floor. Via the stairs you go to the first floor, which consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. You can choose between two bedrooms with two single beds and one with a double bed; all with en-suite bathroom with bathtub and air conditioning. In addition, there is a bed for a child up to 12 years in a passage room. A washing machine, iron/board, baby cot and high chair complete the equipment.

Pets or events are not allowed. The fireplace may not be used.
