Cliff House is positioned just above the beach in the picturesque village of Porthleven and is the perfect destination for a holiday or romantic escape. Completely renovated in 2021, this 2 bedroomed, self-contained apartment has stunning sea views and is a stone's throw from the beach, harbor, and village center. It retains its character externally, whilst its interior is beautifully equipped, light, and modern. A garage and garden area make it even more desirable. Long weekends from October to April.

The space
Cliff House is beautifully equipped and fitted with all you need to enjoy an extremely comfortable holiday. The spacious open-plan living area has zones for relaxing, cooking, and dining.

Lounge Area
A wide bay window frames the stunning sea view. Relax on the comfortable leather sofas, put your feet up on the matching footstool, and watch the ever-changing moods of the sea. Widescreen tv with Freesat, WiFi, and cosy cushions and throws for added comfort.

Dining Area
Light and airy with windows on two sides and french doors opening onto the garden, this area comfortably seats 4 around a large oak table.

Kitchen
Contemporary white units and oak island and breakfast bar with stools. Ceramic hob, fan-assisted oven, extractor, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, cafetiere, kettle, toaster, vacuum cleaner, and a wide range of kitchen utensils, crockery, and cutlery for all your catering needs.

Bedroom One - A spacious room with glazed door to brick patio area. Furnished with double bed, bedside tables, and lamps, wardrobe, chest of drawers, free-standing mirror, and chair.
