The property is set on a 5 acre farm with the historic Ausewell Woods a stones throw away. It is really well placed for visiting Dartmoor, rafting on the River Dart and shopping in the town of Ashburton,famous for its antique shops.
As a self-catering property, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave, plus a coffee machine. A cosy living room offers a perfect place to relax after a day out on the Moor or at the Beach and offers a television and internet access.
The property has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 4 plus an infant. In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed. The second bedroom contains a double bed.

Nice quiet place to stay up a quintessentially Devon lane. The property is compact and quirky but has everything you need for a stay. Lovely welcome pack which was a nice suprise. Woods with great circular walk for the dog 2 mins further up the lane. Enjoyed our stay.
