Overall the apartment is good. Very clean. The location is the BEST. I think a new paint job would be in order for sure and the locking of the doors with the keys is a bit confusing. The showers are a bit small but plenty of hot water. Plenty of room in the place. The host set up our ride from the airport which was great.
This place was fantastic, great for me and my family with twin 10 yr olds. Everything was very easy and the elevator was incredibly handy with the luggage. My only concern are the doors are incredibly hard to open and close. My wife could not close the front door on her own. Other than the door, this place is fantastic and the location can't be beat.
apartment was a perfect size for our family vacation. location is great. some issues with 2nd door entrance but glad it had two entry: one for the elavator isze and the other staircase. furniture could be cleaner especially living sofa area. Kitchen and laundry is good. Overall very good experience.
This property was a great choice for our family of 6. The location was amazing for walking to almost all of our sightseeing destinations in Rome. The only negatives for our stay were using the front door which was very hard to lock and the main bathroom shower wasn’t in the best shape. It was a hand held sprayer, but did the job for our short stay. We would definitely stay in this location again.
We had a fantastic stay! The location was excellent: safe and on a beautiful street with plenty of restaurants, shops, gelato shops, markets, etc. Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain was a short walk (within 10 minutes), the Vatican was about 20 minutes, and the Colosseum was the longest (25-30 minutes) but still do-able. The apartment was much bigger than it looked in the pictures and was great for my family of four. The AC was very cold (so refreshing on those 95-degree days) and we loved having a washing machine. Even though there was a lot going on with the night life on the street below, the rooms were still quiet and very comfortable at night. Would stay again without hesitation!
Excellent stay for a few nights in Rome. The property manager Pierluigi reached out prior to assist us in booking transport to and from the airport making our arrival and departure seamless.
The flat had everything we needed and the location is unbeatable! Many great restaurants in the neighborhood and walkable to all the sites!
Dino's flat was an amazing jumping off point to see all the sites in Rome! And so close (like right outside) to all the shops and restaurants. The flat was well furnished, clean and modern. I would highly recommend!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Descriptions and pictures are 100% accurate. Excellent cold AC in the bedrooms and living room made the heat in Rome bearable. The flat is nicely appointed and very clean. We will definitely return!
So close to everything. We loved our stay here. We began our trip thru Italy here in Rome and this is the perfect location. We were close to everything. All the bus lines were within 2 blocks and there were too many good restaurants to list within 1 block. You will definitely love having an elevator if you have large luggage. It was great for us since we had packed two large suit cases with presents for family in Italy.
This location was spot-on!! Clean, spacious, well-equipped and conveniently located to many activities we had planned. Restaurants, grocery/convenience stores, pizza, gelato & more are also only steps away!! Dino and his colleagues, Pierluigi and Tania arranged a driver to meet us at the train station, which was extremely helpful, and meet us at the property for check-in. We loved the area and would definitely stay here our next trip to Rome!
We stayed over New Years and watched fire works from the couch! Wonderful, clean and spacious apartment for a family of 5. The neighborhood is lively and has numerous restaurants, gelateria’s and shopping steps away. Many sights are walking distance or a quick Uber away. Peirluigi was amazing. We spent time in London and Paris before coming to Rome and this was everyone’s favorite apartment.
It has an elevator! You're on the third floor. Good first impression when you walk in. Apartment is located very near to cafes, grocery market and shops just down the street. Street noise from shoppers can be heard but by evening, it's quiet enough to not notice. We walked to the Vatican, metro and other sights. Nice location. Bedrooms are a good size but have limited storage space. Enough that you don't have to just live out of your suitcase. There were beds for 5 folks. Washer was a plus. There are drying racks provided. We didn't do any cooking as the cafes were right there. Once again, convenient location.
My family (spouse and 3 children 4-9) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was excellent and we could walk to all the major sites easily. There were numerous restaurants and gellaterias in the area. There is also a convenient supermarket, pharmacy, and taxi stand in Piazza Chiesa Nuova--2 short blocks away. The washer and dryer were wonderful to have as some of our luggage was lost by the airline. The property was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was nice to have the smart tvs and ac available after a long day of site seeing in almost 100 degree F temperatures.
Everything was great, even a pub attached to the building. Host was great about showing up early for us and even sending a video on how to use the shower. The bathroom has stairs, I didn’t remember that in the post but it was ok, no ventilation in bathroom and mold on upper walls and ceiling - likely due to that, they need a fan at least to help dry out the steam. Otherwise great spot and place.
The apartment is right on the heart of great restaurants and shops. Easily walkable to many attractions. The apartment itself was very clean and well stocked from a kitchen and bathroom perspective. The beds were comfortable and there were tvs in each (important for my teenage kids). There is a lift, which is great for getting luggage up and down. Without luggage, we chose to use the steps. We did not find the street too noisy at night. It was more noticeable in the morning as the shops and restaurants were preparing to open. Check in and communication with the owner was easy. We were even connected to getting transportation from the airport. Overall, a great place to stay!
Expensive proposition for taxi from airport from Pier Luigi (take the normal taxi it’s far better!)Then unplanned additional tax wo any communicationOverall apartment is not in best conditionVery old bathroom with poor wall paintingVery poor contactNo answer from Pier Luigieven after several messages no help to leave space for the luggage’s Finally we had to manage ourselvesOk the appt is central and with 2 bed roomsHowever I think you really can find better with more human smile to stay in Rome
