Fantastic 13th Century Villa in Tuscany

This is a wonderful location in the heart of central Tuscany. Anna does an outstanding job maintaining this 13th century villa, and is extremely helpful at planning the entire visit. This location is right between Florence and Siena so you are close to everything. The price point is perfect for a family travelling in Italy. I highly recommend this location!

Entspannter Urlaub

Der Urlaub hat uns (2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder) sehr gut gefallen. Wir wurden von Anna der Vermieterin herzlich aufgenommen. Sie war auch immer bereit bei Fragen usw. zu helfen (z.B. wo man Schnelltests machen kann, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Parken in Florenz). Das Apartment und die Anlage waren gepflegt und sehr sauber. Die Ferienwohnungen liegen in einer kleinen Ortschaft mit wenigen Häusern. Bis zu weiteren Ortschaften zum Essen gehen und Einkaufen ist es aber nicht weit. Vor allem interessante Ziele wie Florenz, Sienna, San Gimignano, Voltera und auch Pisa und Lucca kann man mit dem Auto gut erreichen.

Wunderbare Ferien

2 Wochen im wunderschönen Chianti. Eine schöne Anlage mit herrlichem Pool und uriger Wohnung. Anna ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, immer freundlich, immer hilfsbereit. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen.

Mooie locatie

Deze woningen liggen op een mooie locatie. Woning en linnengoed is netjes schoon. Er mag wel iets gebeuren zoals goede vliegenhorren voor de ramen. Wij zaten in de bovenwoning (onder het dak) en dat was erg warm. Geen airco en bij openzetten van de ramen (zonder horren) zitten er meteen muggen binnen.

Authentic Tuscany Villa

We loved the charming old villa, the decor was charming and the views from the stone patios were amazing. The flowers and vines were lovely. Our second floor apartment was clean, the mattresses on beds do need to be replaced soon as they were uncomfortable We would certainly stay here again.

Attention spéciale aux "insectes"

Anna était accueillante et disponible. Bémol: abondance de moustiques sur le divan du salon, impossible de s'y asseoir. Dans la chambre à 2 lits: abondance de piqûres de "moustiques " à notre lever, de plus en plus à chaque matin causant des démangeaisons et des plaques rouges tout autour des piqûres, partout sur le corps. Cause???? Anna en a été informé. Dans l'autre chambre, aucun problème.

lavoro ormai da molti anni in questo settore e la cosa fondamentale per me è informare bene il futuro cliente su quello che troverà e su quali sono i costi da pagare sul posto se prenota con il pagamento online di homeaway. le informazioni sono poi ripetute quando invio il voucher di prenotazione definitiva e quando arrivati sul posto faccio il check in..... chiedere di non pagare la pulizia il giorno di partenza la mattina alle 8,30 non mi è sembrato corretto..... ma siccome io lo sono.... NON ho fatto pagare nulla ..... chi viene da me deve stare bene. Tranquillità , relax e una buona vacanza è quello che offro ai miei clienti.

Spectacular Tuscan Experience

Anna provides an experience many only dream of. Nestled in the centre of theTuscan hill towns Anna’s Agriturismo is a lovely apartment in a very old familyTuscan house that is cosy and charming. The outdoor areas have views that will “ knock your socks off”. Anna is an exemplary hostess and her place is beautifully furnished . Believe me you won’t want to leave!!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en Toscane grâce à l'accueil chaleureux d'Anna. L'hébergement est idéalement placé à 35 min de Florence et à 40 min de Sienne et l'accès est facile. La piscine avec vue sur les collines du Chianti permet de se reposer après les visites !

Idyllische hide out tussen de toscaanse druiven en olijven

Wij hebben hier een week intens genoten van de rust, het uitzicht, het eten, de talrijke ijsjes de wijnen, de mooie en indrukwekkende historie van de omgeving en haar steden zoals Sienna en Firenze, maar ook de kleinere stadjes zoals San Gimignano en het oude fort Monteriggioni. Het complex ligt verscholen van de doorgaande weg op een stoffig pad onderaan de heuvel. Een terreinwagen is niet nodig, een goede poetsbeurt van de auto nadien wel :) EEN EERSTEKLAS AANRADER

Fabulous & memorable stay at Fattoria Semifonte

We loved our stay at this authentic Tuscane farmhouse. The property was all you see in pictures and location was very practical to hop to nearby medieval towns but also to other Tuscane areas and main cities like Florence or Sienna. Village (same family) restaurant Il paese deî campanelli was an added bonus to our trip. Amazing food and ambience. A must do. Thank you Anna

Very authentic appartments

We have spend 2 wonderful, relaxing and quiet weeks in Fattoria Semifonte in Petrognano. Thank you, Anna, for your warm welcome and your hospitality. Our appartment was on the first floor with a wonderful view over the Tuscan hills and San Gimignano. The appartment and the whole surrounding is very authentic, clean and well-kept. The pool is a highlight. We have spend quite a few very relaxing hours under the trees beside the pool. In Barberino we visited the restaurant Il Campanellino next to the church, sitting on the terrasse overlooking the countryside. In Petrognano you can visit the restaurant Il Paese dei Campanelli - very recommendable although a bit higher in price. It is a very central location to visit the Tuscan sights: Florence and Siena are only 45 minutes away, Volterry an hour. I can only recommend these appartements.

Ideal para familias con niños, es una casa antigua dividida en varios apartamentos (4 o 5), las zonas verdes y las vistas son increíbles, en medio del campo (tomarte un chianti viendo el atardecer no tiene precio!!) La piscina es fantástica, muy útil en verano después de un día de excursiones. Muy bien situada en medio de la Toscana, cerca de todas las atracciones de la zona. Ojalá podamos volver algún día!! Traumhafter Urlaub im Herzen des Chianti

Für unseren ersten Italienurlaub wählten wir die Ferienwohnung San Pietro in Petrognano als Feriendomizil. Wir wurden herzlich von der Vermieterin Anna empfangen, die sehr gut Englisch spricht und auch während des Urlaubs jederzeit ein offenes Ohr hatte. Die Wohnung ist einfach und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Luxus darf man nicht erwarten, aber uns hat es an nichts gemangelt. Moskitonetze an den Betten und Fenstern sind vorhanden. Es gibt insgesamt 4 Wohnungen. Die Terrassen werden gemeinschaftlich genutzt, es gibt aber genügend Platz auf dem Gelände, sodaß man wirklich seine Ruhe haben kann. Es stehen auch Grills zur Verfügung, die man für einen netten Grillabend nutzen kann. Der Pool ist wirklich ein Hit, vor allem natürlich für unsere Kinder. Es gibt einen flachen und einen tiefen Bereich mit Sprungbrett, wodurch keine Wünsche offen bleiben. Er wird täglich gereinigt. Auch unser Hund war sehr willkommen und durfte nach Absprache mit den anderen Gästen auch frei laufen. Petrognano ist ein idealer Ausgangsort für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Neben den Klassikern wie Siena, Florenz und Pisa sind auch die Orte Lucca und San Gimignano sehr zu empfehlen. Auch Certaldo alto und Barberino laden mit ihren pittoresken Altstädten, tollen Restaurants und malerischen Aussichten zu einem Besuch ein. Wir haben eigentlich an jeder Ecke Postkartenmotive sehen können. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es am besten in Poggibonsi. Uns hat der Urlaub in der Toskana sehr gefallen und wir haben uns bei Anna sehr wohl gefühlt! Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Eine entspannte Woche im Chianti

Ein sehr schönes altes Haus in gepflegtem Ambiente. Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) haben eine sehr angenehme und entspannte Woche erlebt, v.a. auch deshalb weil uns Anna, die Vermieterin, von Beginn an das Gefühl gab, willkommen zu sein. Das Haus ist ein altes, uriges Gemäuer auf einer Anhöhe mit wunderschönem Blick auf die umliegenden (Wein-)Hügel. Die Wohnung und die Außenanlagen sind gepflegt und sauber. Einziges Manko der Wohnung war das bei der kleinsten Bewegung laut knarzende Bettgestell. Bei den Kids war natürlich v.a. der Pool der Renner, aber auch für die Erwachsenen ist es möglich im gepflegten und von Rosenbüschen umgebenen Poolgarten oder auf einer der Terrassen einen Tag Besichtigungspause einzulegen . Für Besichtigungen ist die Lage ideal, da keine der wichtigen Attraktionen ;-) - allen voran natürlich Florenz und Siena - weit entfernt ist und gut mit dem Auto erreicht werden kann (Zug Poggibonsi-Florenz lohnt sich für Familie nicht, weil teurer als ein Tag Parkplatzgebühren in Florenz). Die nächst gelegenen Orte (Barberino, Certaldo) lohnen auch für einen kurzen Besuch - in Barberino sehr gute Restaurants bei der Kirche, v.a. die Pizzeria/Spaghetteria "l' Archibugio" lohnt sich (Tipp: vorher Tisch bestellen): leckere Pasta und Pizza und das Eimerchen tiramisù ;-) als dolce liegt wahrscheinlich so bei 1500 kcal. Auch hier ein herrlicher Blick von der Terrasse auf die Hügel des Chianti. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und ein Aufenhalt bei Anna ist rundum empfehlenswert...

Beautiful Toscana

This old style house in Petrognano Semifonte was perfect choice for our short stay in Toscana. It provided enough place for our family of four people and it served as a good base camp for our excursions to Florence, Pisa, San Gimignano, Volterra... The village Barberino Val D'Elsa closer our house is unexpected beautiful italian place. Don't missed this point. If you want to try real italian meal go to restaurant Il Paese dei Campanelli, near the house. We can highly recommend this place to everybody. I hope that we can return sooner or later! Тази старинна къща в Петроняно Семифонте беше перфектния ни избор за нашето седемдневно пътешествие из Тоскана. Апартаментът, в който се настанихме се състоеше от 2 спални, баня и всекидневна и кухня, оборудвана с всичко необходимо за приготвяне на храна. На разположение е и общ за всички гости басейн. От прозореца се разкриваше прекрасния изглед на Тоскана с кулите на Сан Джиминяно в далечината. Местоположението ни беше идеално за пътешествие с автомобил до Флоренция, Пиза, Лука, Сан Джиминяно, Волтера, Сиена, Монтепулчано, Перуджа и Асизи. За нас беше неочаквано откритие селцето Барберино Вал Д'Елса в близост до мястото ни за настаняване с прекрасната си църква и атмосфера, вписваща се в идеята на нашата екскурзия. В близост до къщата има прекрасен ресторант в който може да се насладите на италиянско гостоприемство и вкусна храна. Там ще опитате и местно вино произведено от собственните им лозя. Препоръчваме мястото на всички, които искат да се потопят в неподправената атмосфера на Тоскана!

Fantastic!!!

Very authentic,rustic Tuscan accommodation.Well taken care of with modern bathroom facilities but still retaining many original features and farm implements.Lots of spaces for lounging reading,walking etc. The swimming pool is a little gem!Nice clean water and a good depth plus diving board.It is nice clean and homely.The owner Anna is wonderful.We were a family of 5 and everyone had something to do.A car is a must as no bus routes but we had our own car.There are local shops a 10 minute drive away or further afield in Poggibonsi or even Florence. Would definitely recommend.Planning to take the husband next time without the kids.The sunsets are phenomenal!

Amazing !!

Anna, en resumen estuvimos en un lugar tan acogedor como hermoso. Un balcón en la Toscana, tranquilo, cuidado, y con la sensación de estar en casa. Muy bien ubicado entre Siena y Florencia que nos permitía hacer los recorridos cómodamente. Y una casa típica, con muy buena vibra, herencia de su dueña. Gracias por todo
