Apartment T3 Located between Porto and Aveiro

Property in great condition, spacious (150 m2) and very comfortable. Located in the center of the village Cucujães, strategically located for visits to beautifull towns like Porto, Aveiro, Coimbra, Braga and Guimarães or beaches, as Furadouro, Esmoriz or Espinho (where there is a casino).

For lovers of hiking, we have near the 'Serra da Freita' mountains, located 40 minutes by car, where you can perform over 20 walking routes clearly marked (We can supply more detailed information about this activity to our guests).

We provide all kinds of equipment and utensils needed as well as bath towels, kitchen towels and sheets. In our price is all inclusive. We do not charge any extra for final cleaning or consumption of gas or electricity. In the background is our guest to feel like at his own home and the only thing we ask is that brings good mood.

We can provide detailed information about major cities around us, as well as the location (GPS) of the best sights to see Douro landscape that is world heritage.

La casa è veramente spaziosa e dotata di ogni comfort. La zona che la circonda può sembrare a prima vista anonima ma, oltre a essere comunque dotata di tutti i servizi, è in posizione strategica per raggiungere tutte le principali attrazioni del centro-nord del Paese. Il proprietario, disponibilissimo, è una miniera di informazioni sulle cose da visitare e sui ristoranti da sperimentare nei dintorni. Casa sicuramente da raccomandare!

Paulo é um excelente anfitrião! Alem de nos receber amavelmente, ainda nos deu ótimas dicas de passeios. O apartamento é super bem localizado com uma ótima padaria, mercado e um excelente cabeleireiro no entorno: tudo bem pertinho. O imóvel é exatamente o que aparece nas fotos e ainda tem a possibilidade de uma pessoa pra fazer a limpeza num preço apropriado para o tamanho do apartamento. Mais uma vez obrigado!

Local sossegado com todas as comodidades

O apartamento é exatamente como representado nas fotos, espaçoso e com todas as comodidades de um lar. Fica num local sossegado, mesmo em frente a uma padaria onde se pode tomar o pequeno almoço ou lanche, e muito próximo da Igreja Matriz de Cucujães e do restaurante Monte Alentejano, onde se pode provar deliciosos petiscos.

Ótimo apartamento

Esse apartamento, totalmente mobiliado fez eu me sentir em casa. Com dormitorios grandes sendo uma suíte, cozinha grande equipada. Próximo a São joão da madeira aproximadamente 8 minutos. Com uma padaria, mini mercados, talhos, tudo na proximidade. O proprietário é muito simpático e uma pessoa muito boa pra se conversar. Recomendo fortemente que aluguem esse apartamento. Obrigado Paulo!
