Fantastic 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom private villa in a quiet urbanization of Buenas Noches, just a few minutes drive from the port and old town of Estepona where you can find a huge variety of great restaurants, bars and shops/supermarkets. The villa is also perfectly located for access to the many well known golf courses and beaches in the area such as Estepona Golf, Azata and Playa del Cristo beach.

This amazing south facing property is built on 3 levels with air conditioning throughout. On the ground level there is a large driveway with private parking for three vehicles, and a beautiful curved staircase leading up to the entrance of the property. The property has been painted in a pale grey colour which gives it a modern look from the exterior, however the white and blue accents ensure the traditional Andalusian character remains.

On the main floor you enter into a spacious open hallway with high ceilings and light marble flooring throughout. Natural light from the many windows in each room, including the original stained glass hallway window, keeps the area bright and airy.

There are 2 large bedrooms on this level, one with a king sized bed and one with twin beds and lots of storage including wardrobes or chests of drawers in each. A newly renovated bathroom is situated between these rooms, with another brand new bathroom available on the level too. To the other side of the hallway there is a fantastic new fully fitted kitchen with dining area. High quality integrated appliances have been installed, and utensils/crockery have been provided. From the hob you can look out to sea views all the way to Africa!

The living room, also on this level, has been tastefully decorated to ensure a spacious area to relax indoors is available. A 75” LG smart TV is can be watched from the comfort of the two large extra comfortable sofas placed here.

If outdoor living is your preference, the living room is your gateway to the magnificent outdoor gardens and terraces this villa has to offer. The sliding doors to the front terrace provides access to the villa’s private swimming pool, as well as a number of sun loungers, and also a shaded area with table and chairs to relax.

At each side of the property there are large terraced areas, one of which contains an outdoor dining area with table and chairs. At the rear is a large garden laid to grass, with flower beds surrounding the area.

On the second floor there are another two large bedrooms with fitted wardrobes in the double master bedroom with newly fitted en-suite bathroom, and the second bedroom upstairs is a twin room with a terrace to the front of the property, where you can have coffee in the morning at the cafe table, or use the side terrace where a table and chairs can be used to take in the amazing views. From the windows of each room, the view looks out over the sea and stunning Costa del Sol coastline, and the private terraces attached to the bedrooms are the perfect place to take in the stunning sunsets.

Please note that the advertised cost is for booking of the main house only (4 bedrooms – Sleeps 8) and does not include use of the separate studio apartment located beneath. The apartment can be booked to increase the sleeping capacity to 12 people, for an additional cost.

The apartment will never be rented individually and is not available to any other booking party while the main house is occupied.
