Tucked away in one of Southampton's most idyllic and peaceful beach communities is this charming 3-bedroom cottage with 4 full baths. Enjoy the magnificent westerly facing water views from nearly every room. A first floor guest bedroom and bath with two additional bedroom suites upstairs. The master suite has a balcony overlooking the yard and harbor. Private dock offers the use of a kayak and canoe. At the end of the street you will find one of the areas most beautiful public bay beaches.

Wonderful week on the North Sea

We loved the comfort of the house and the idyllic yard. Perfect for our family of adults who mostly worked but enjoyed the paddle boards, jaunts into Southampton and Sag Harbor, visiting wineries and enjoy time in a very comfortable house.

Towd Point Beach Getaway

Comfortably appointed house with a tranquil and relaxing backyard waterfront view of North Sea Harbor. We enjoyed watching the wild birds, including egrets and a family of Swans that we were able to feed from the dock. Conveniently located between the villages of Southampton and Sag Harbor, the house is also within walking distance of Towd Point Beach where the water is clear and warmer than expected. Mark was a very attentive host and make sure that our stay was wonderful, which it was.

The house is much older than it appeared to be from the pictures. The house has not has not had any updates in a long time. Needs some work. One of the 4 baths has been updated and is very nice. Owners very nice to deal with. Beautiful location and view.

Sorry you feel this way Jennifer. Renovations are in the works but until then we are still a value option of a cute beach cottage on the water where we have not raised our rates since 2018. There are smaller renovated houses in our neighborhood that rent at 2.5x our price point, but you obviously didn't want that.

Southampton Trip

The location was wonderful, it was centrally located to most of our spots we wanted to travel. The neighborhood was great for walking our dogs to Towd Beach! Beautiful scenery. Check-in and correspondence was smooth. Mark did a great job of helping with the getting to know the highlights and surrounding areas. The only thing I may critique would be an upgraded air conditioning unit on the main floor. The bedroom A/C units worked well. We enjoyed our stay and would do it again.

To relax at the Hamptons

Great stay. House has a great location (peaceful spot, bay view, 15 min drive from Southampton), has a very well kept yard, and all amenities you will need. However, house is very tired as were the towels and linens. House is a bit hot (A/Cs do not cool social area enough). Need to bike to beach as not too close and permit is needed to park car at beach.

Hi Fernando, thank you for your feedback. Two of the four main air conditioners are less than 1 year old, but admit during a heat wave, as it was last week, it will be tough to get the house in the 60’s degree temperature. Linens were all replaced only 6-uses before your arrival, but it is entirely possible the cleaning staff may have initially put older sheets on the beds. It’s a good catch as I will make sure older sheets are completely thrown away and that doesn’t happen again.

Peaceful and lovely

Very cozy beach cottage, very well equipped with all needed amenities. Best feature is the stunning back yard and views as well as access to a private beach at the end of a charming road. our host was very responsive. we had a wonderful stay and some great memories.

Great house!

Great size house for families. Great location. Amazing private beach at the end of the street. The house came equipped with bicycles, kayaks, and paddleboards, beach chairs and towels, and life vests - which was HUGE. Great deck and deck furniture with priceless views. Also enjoyed the family board games which could be found in the front hall closet. The kitchen is small but has everything you will need, including a washer and dryer, and the gas BBQ came in handy also. The house has 4 full bathrooms. One of the bathrooms upstairs is newly updated and renovated and very very nice. The only not so great comments are that the house sits on the end of the water inlet so in the morning it was low tide and we couldn't go paddleboarding from the dock (the house has its own dock) so we went to the beach instead; and that although the house was clean, towels and sheets were great, furniture was very comfortable and clean as well, (and taking into consideration that we are very very picky customers), we felt there was room to improve on the overall cleanliness of the house (I am talking dust on radiators and on corners of high ceilings). But those two things would not stop us from re-renting the house again. The host Mark was very pleasant, always accessible and pleasant. Totally recommend the house.

Lovely North Sea Stay

We had such a lovely time! The house was gorgeous, close to a beach, and the canoe, paddle boards, and bikes provided the best activities. Not to mention the incredible view! Mark was so responsive and recommended some great restaurants and wineries for us to try out. Only wish we had some more time here!

Mark the owner, was extremely accomodating and responsive. Any little problems or questions he responded to in A reasonable amount of time by email or phone. The best part of the property is the beautiful large backyard and dock . All and all a lovely 2 weeks

Pure perfection

After having been stuck in the city for months, when we walked in and saw the water and dock through the floor to ceiling windows, we let out a collective sigh. Just bring your bathing suit! Mark has stocked the house with everything you could possibly need to be comfortable (kitchen appliances, cookware, towels, beach chairs, shampoo, body wash) and want to have fun (bikes, kayaks, lacrosse, board games, crayons). And the house is just absolutely stunning and so peaceful. The community beach - which was empty - is less than a 15 min (easy) walk. Main Street in Southampton and Sag Harbor are just a 15 min drive. Mark was the perfect host - super responsive and had great recommendations. Thank you for a great week! Wish we could have stayed longer!

Beautiful Hamptons getaway

We had a great time staying at Mark’s house. The house was very clean upon arrival and is located on the water, so was the perfect place to getaway from the city for a few weeks. Sunsets and views were incredible as well. Mark is a very responsive host and was very easy to deal with. I recommend this property with no hesitation!

Wonderful vacation home

The house fulfilled our dream of a relaxing summer waterfront place It was equipped with everything one could need or want, such as paddle boards, canoe, bikes, beach chairs and towels, a barbecue grill, kitchenware, comfortable beds with fine linen and pillows, and a terrific backyard overlooking the water with a patio. Wonderful spot.

View is amazing. Owners are great to deal with. Highly recommend. Only issue is if it’s really hot the master bedroom has no A.C. But there are other bedrooms to sleep in.

Wonderful family vacation in North Sea / Sag Harbor

Phenomenal Property!

We stayed on this property for 2 weeks during the US Open. The house was located 10 minutes away from the course and is very close to downtown Southampton. The house is well maintained and offered many amenities like bikes, paddle boards, a canoe and a kayak. It was great to ride the bikes down the street to the beach area. The house was comfortable and laid out well. I highly recommend this property!
