Sanderling is a beautiful 4 bedroomed house situated on a residential street in Bridlington. Located just three minutes walk to the beach, Bridlington Spa and the Spotlight theatre it is well located for a seaside break for all the family . I
t has 4 bedrooms sleeping up to 9 guests with each room having its own smart TV and tea and coffee making facilities in 3 of the rooms . There is fast fibre broadband throughout the house and the added bonus of Disney + for young and old.
With a cosy lounge and dining table to seat the whole family this is a social house and with bedrooms to suit everyone you can have a resful sleep at the end of the day. An additional well enclosed outside space both front and rear where children can play and adults can relax and have a coffee..

I myself work for the NHS and have done for 29 years. I run Sanderling along with the support of my husband, Mark and daughter Grace Wren. We share our home with our rescue dogs.
Why they chose this property
Our previous reviews show that more than anything Sanderling is a real Home away from Home. We have made it as welcoming as possible with all the things you would expect to find along with those you may not. Bridlington is a lovely seaside town which boasts 2 beautiful beaches. It is also flat as opposed to nearby Scarborough which makes getting around easy. It is surrounded by lots of things to see and do from Sewerby Hall< Burton Agnes, Bridlington Wildlife Park, Bridlington Spa, and a funfair to name but a few. The people have been so friendly towards us and even though we go regularly we are never short of something new to do along with the old favourites.
What makes this property unique
When we first saw the house as it was we could see all the potential it held for being a fantastic home for a family getaway. Either with close family or with extended family and friends there is room for everyone including the dog :-).
