Welcome to The Marlowe, a beautiful three-bedroom house located less than a 5 minute walk from Canterbury High Street. The property has 3 bedrooms, an outdoor patio area and has free parking for one car.

- 3 Bedrooms (Master can be arranged as a twin or a kingsize bed, bedroom 2 is a double and bedroom 3 is a single)

Guest Access:
The property has a private parking space to the rear of the property. This space is accessed via Pound Lane Car Park. Pound Lane carpark has electric car chargers. Guests can also park for free in the Car Park if they would prefer. If you have more than one car we can provide parking vouchers on request that are a discounted price.

The Neighbourhood:
The location of our property is second to none. The Marlowe theatre is a 2 minute walk away, the High street with its numerous restaurants, bars and shops is just a few minutes walk away. We also have a cinema just around the corner. Our property also sits diagonally opposite from a beautiful park where you can see the River Stour meandering it's way through the city. Despite it's close proximity to amenities, the location benefits from being quiet as it sits on a no through road.

Getting Around:
Parking is available for one car on site. Canterbury West for mainline services to London is less than a 10 minute walk away.

This property does not have a dishwasher it would have been nice if a pair of rubber gloves were provided for washing up. One night i came down to the kitchen only to discover a leech/slug on the kitchen floor. This was disappointing and a let down for the property.
