Lots of potential but room for improvement
This property holds significant potential. It's in a great location.. The bed was comfortable; however, the property's major issue was the shower, lacking a door and causing extensive daily floor flooding.
Despite encountering only a few problems with the property, I believe that the management has considerable room for improvement. Upon arrival, the unit was uncomfortably warm, The following day, I messaged him, expressing our discomfort due to the heat, and he assured me that the air conditioner had been fixed. However, when I insisted that the room remained hot, he visited and resolved the problem. We had several other minor issues that were resolved. But only after he insisted there was no issue. After I checked out, I texted him to inform him that the shower had stopped draining, thinking that he would like to know so that he could fix the drain before the next guest arrived. His response was that he checked it and saw no problem.
While most issues were eventually resolved, the manager's reluctance to acknowledge and address them led to unnecessary disputes. His parting words claimed I was the sole guest to encounter problems. I write this review as no reviews were available when I rented the property, with the hope that it will help the manager understand that a positive attitude can greatly enhance guest satisfaction. Acknowledging and addressing issues promptly would have undoubtedly left me much happier.
