We really enjoyed this apartment. Its location is perfect for being able to walk to many sites. The apartment was clean and spacious and very comfortable. Some street noise at night but that’s to be expected in Rome. We would definitely stay here again

Very centrally located. We could walk everywhere from the apartment. The beds were comfortable and well appointed. The air conditioning was excellent which I would imagine in the summer necessary. The apartment had everything we needed for a lovely Roman holiday.

Liked: Location
The property was in a great location. Great access to restaurants and walkable to attractions and shops. If it wasn't for the location I would have left after a couple of nights.Cleanliness was an issue. We never used the living area because the furniture covers looked liked they were never washed! The apartment smelt musty and the solution according to the host was to open windows and deal with the bugs. At night it becames extremely warm in the apartment but the fan element/controller was off with a sign that read 'Don't touch'. Some of the floors could have used a good cleaning, the first night I walked in my socks and ended up throwing them away beacuse they were so dirty and covered with hair.

We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. However, we would like to clarify that the “Do Not Touch” sign refers to the heating thermostat, not the air conditioning system. The air conditioning is operated by separate remote controls and has worked perfectly throughout the summer. All instructions were explained at check-in and are also available in the house manual on our digital guestbook. We appreciate your feedback regarding cleanliness and will do our best to further improve our cleaning standards.

We so enjoyed our stay at Casa Cornacchie. The apartment was well equipped and the AC was a dream since we were in Rome during a heat wave. The team at Home to Rome was incredibly responsive and available for questions. Plus, the videos they shared with very specific details about entering the apartment and all the things available in the apartment were so helpful. Thank you Home to Rome team, we’d definitely return!

Glad we stayed at this location, truly was excellent. Close to everything we wanted yet far enough to be quiet at night, mostly. Appt had what we needed with lots of restaurant choices close by, cute shops, middle class type neighborhood. Not too upscale but not downscale either. I wasn’t worried walking around at night.

For those whose top priority is central location, two bedrooms sleeping for four, clean environment, with basics covered (wi-fi, responsive service, laundry machine, etc.) but no frills, this is a good place.
