2 Bedroom - 2 Bathroom Apt near Pantheon / Wifi / Washer / Airconditioning

In the heart of Rione Colonna, a neighborhood quite close to the Tiber River and nestled in the historical center, the recently renovated Casa Torretta has two large double bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower). In a refined and elegant atmosphere, enriched by beautifully decorated ceilings, the spacious living area has two sofas and a dining table with seating for six. The kitchen is right next to this area: basic but fully equipped, it is ideal for preparing quick snacks or elaborate meals. The apartment is fully air-conditioned. All in one washer&dryer, dishwasher and Nespresso Coffee Maker are available for guests.

Standard check-in: from 3 pm to 9 pm (With self-service check-in, guests can enter after 9:00 PM without any additional charges).
Check-out by 11 am
Upon request, we are flexible with check-in and check-out times, depending on the apartment's availability and cleaning requirements.

Check-in is self-service. To receive the access details, guests must complete the online form with all the required mandatory information. If the Italian Government introduces regulations prohibiting self-service check-ins, we will provide in-person check-in from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A late fee of €50 will apply for check-ins after 9:00 PM.

An extra fee for check-in in person of € 35 will be charged for check-ins on the following dates: December 25, January 1, Easter Sunday and August 15th.

For self check-in is MANDATORY for the guest to fill out the online form I will send when booking the property, providing their ID information as required by Italian law. Additionally, the rental contracts are included within the form, and signing them is mandatory. The form must be completed within 48 hours of the guest's arrival in Rome. Filling out the form takes about 5 minutes.

In this apartment, the following are not allowed:
- hosting parties
- smoking
- bringing pets
- making noise during quiet hours (from 10:30 pm to 9:00 am)

For children up to 3 years old, a travel cot is available upon request, at a cost of € 50 per stay.

Quaint apartment in great location

This was such a cute apartment with so much charm. It was quite spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. It was right in the middle of everything. The furthest we had to walk was 15 minutes, but most things were 7-8 minute walk. The host was great! He communicated with us well in advance and was flexible when we had a travel glitch and arrived late. Highly recommend!

Great location, great space!

This is an excellent property. Close to absolutely everything that you might want to see as a tourist beyond that, though it’s a great location for restaurants for shopping. we thought that the unit itself was very spacious very clean, high ceilings. The host are very organized and very responsive, everything we needed was in the apartment. I would highly recommend this unit.

Great apartment, well-located in Rome - easy walking distance to many of the great attractions in Rome as well as terrific restaurants and shopping. The property managers were very responsive and overall, a great stay.

Comfortable and convenient

Rome is fascinating and this apartment was convenient to all that we required during our stay, even a house call by a local doctor which is unusual in the U.S. Our host was extremely helpful and responsive

Very good location

This place is located in a very good location near shops restaurants gelato and more. Getting into door was hard but we managed. It is very noisy but not owners fault it’s just where it is located which I wouldn’t trade. The shower was soooo cold I think maybe owner tried to help us but still so cold. There was not one paper towel so when I had to wipe somehfibf I had to use the washcloth But plenty of toliet paper the dryer never dried our stuff but overall if we return to Rome we will stay here again and I do recommend it

Five days in Rome

We very much enjoyed this apartment, located in the center of Rome on a quiet street. The photos accurately convey the charm and beauty of the clean, comfortable apartment, which put us in the right mind to enjoy all that Rome offers. We would happily stay here again.

Great Location

Great location in a friendly neighborhood very near Spanish Steps, shopping, Trevi Fountain & Pantheon. Apartment was clean & functional. Check-in process required messaging with the property manager & eventually having him come to the apartment to let us in (but property manager was very responsive). Door lock is a little tricky—frequently jammed knuckles while trying to open the door but figured out the process after 2 days. Would stay here again & would not hesitate to recommend apartment to others.

Excellent location

This spacious apartment was perfect for 4 adults. The location was excellent and was within walking distance of the Spanish Steps, Pantheon and Trevi Fountain as well as great shopping and restaurants. We were very relieved to have 3 a/c units since it was so hot in Rome in August. We did have trouble figuring out the combo washer /dryer. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Excellent apartment and location!

This was just as described in the listing and the many glowing reviews. A perfect location central to nearly everything, with plenty of room for our family of 5 that has nice beds and bathrooms! Our only regret was that because we left Rome to visit some other cities we couldn't stay here for our whole trip! We will definitely look to book again when we return.

City break

3 night stay in Rome before heading to Lake Como. Great central location, a short cab ride from the station. Lots of choice of places to eat right on the door step. All the main sights either within walking distance or a short ride on the metro.

Great location and property.

Property and location was fantastic. Unfortunately communication and follow through brought this rating down. Four days to get instructions on the washer /“dryer” and instead of the visit and written directions just a link to an online manual which only marginally helps when half the cycle numbers are worn off the machine. Very frustrating. And something really should be done with that key, way too much fiddling and jiggling every time to get in, and the second key we flat out could never get to work at all. AC worked great. Overall the property is better than this.

Great location and charming unit

The apartment is very cozy and had everything we needed. It felt like an authentic Italian experience. It is centrally located, with easy access to everything--grocery store, pharmacy, cafes, restaurants, bars, monuments, and even designer stores! My teenage daughters loved it! AC was great, coffee was great. Didn't like the very small shower in the primary bathroom, is tiny, but we made it work! and the washer/dryer machine did not work.

Perfect spot to stay in room

Love the space of the apartment. It was perfect for my daughter and me. The apartment is so cute and well decorated as well as comfortable and in a perfect location! Definitely want to return next time we are in Rome.

Nice apartment for our family vacation

We enjoyed staying in this apartment, in a small quiet street in Rome, not far from the Pantheon and within walking distance to the Spanish Steps. Nice restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Check-in process was simple. The host was very responsive to our inquiries during the entire stay.

Fantastic location

Great location! Not far from many of the sights but also out of the tourist area, so felt very hidden and secure. The restaurant Vitti I highly recommend to eat at. Right outside of the apartment and so delicious. Truly loved the experience we had at this apartment.

Great location in Rome !

Apartment is very clean and has all the amenities you need. Great location. We walked to the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain and even the Colosseum. Fabulous Architecture and stunning Churches throughout the City.
