Location was great. Several restaurants near by with a convenience store close by. Meet Lorenzo at the apartment to welcome us and show us the around the apartment along with an overview of city sites on a map. He recommended an app for taxi service which worked well. Host was very responsive and accommodating. AC and Wi-Fi worked well. Apartment was very comfortable.

We stayed two nights here, and it was a wonderful location. Check in was smooth and the host was very accommodating. Our driver was able to drop us off easily right at the front door. The restaurant right next door was very good and I highly recommend it! Authentic Italian food! Also on the day we arrived we ate at Mollys Kitchen that’s close by. It has an awesome breakfast, and the staff was so very friendly! My only recommendations for the home are for there to be enough towels for every night and to have a bigger waste can in bathroom since there is no maid service. Overall it was a great place to stay and we were thankful we chose it for our stay .

Great Apartment in Great Location

Apartment was perfectly located near Piazza Navona, and central to all the key sites and landmarks. Very clean. Host was very friendly provided valuable advice. Highly recommend!

Trip to Rome!

I am 22 and booked the VRBO for my mom, aunt, grandma, and I. It worked great for all of us and it was nice that there was an elevator for my grandma.

This was a nice place to stay for our two days in Rome. Location was central and easy to get to multiple locations. The apartment was nice and clean and the communication and check in was great. Would stay there again.

Fantastic Property

We stayed a long weekend and loved the property. It’s in a great location and the owner we very quick at getting back to us and very knowledgeable. I would definitely stay there again. I can highly recommend.

Cozy flat in great location

The flat was in a safe area and easy to get to, very central to everything we wanted to see and do. The restaurant on the main level was delicious and a favorite of the trip. Do be aware that the largest of the bedrooms can be loud as the street noise echos up the narrow street.

Great location!

Our family of 5 stayed here for 2 nights and the location was perfect! The bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were good and the washing machine was great. When you check in, get the air going and shut the doors and the rooms will be perfectly cool for when you go to bed. Other people said the door was tricky but the direction we were given were great. The only trick we found was to hold onto the handle when using the key to open the door. Great stay!

Wonderful location!!

A fantastic location with functioning Wi-Fi and air conditioning, our family loved it. The elevator really helped my 80 year old parents manage journey to the fourth floor. The apartment itself was great, very clean and big rooms. One of the showers was very short, making showers in that bathroom a bit awkward, but nothing to spoil the experience. I would definitely stay there again!

Great location for all of Rome’s sites

We stayed here in January 2020, and the apartment was perfectly located for our first trip to Rome. There is enough room for two couples, but we were just mom and daughter, and it was great. The hosts met us at the apartment and showed us around—how to work the elevator, door locks. This was also on the 4th floor, so we felt very secure and safe. There are tons of places to eat nearby.

The perfect place for our family of four to tour Rome

This apartment is very convenient, comfortable, and functional. The apartment is close to the bus stops and within easy walking distance from the sites in Rome. The facilities were perfect for our family of four adults. We enjoyed close access to great restaurants and sightseeing. We would choose to stay here again. Sylvia accommodated our requests quickly and with kindness. The communication was quick and helpful. Plan on comfortable beds, two bathrooms, and being in the center of Historic Rome.

Terrific Location

This was a terrific apartment in the heart of Rome. All attractions you want to see are easily accessible from this place. The apartment could use a little cleaning but then again my wife is a nurse and likes everything to be sterile!! The restaurant right outside the apartment is great and we had a wonderful meal and wine, then walked the few steps to our door. I would recommend for a great location if you want to walk to all the main attractions.

Great location

Silvia’s VRBO is clean, comfortable and located close to many attractions, shops and restaurants. We walked everywhere and only took a taxi when departing for the airport. The condo has comfortable beds and couch, the kitchen is small but great for making espresso, warming up food, and has a nice-sized refrigerator. A short distance away from the condo you will find a great place for coffee and pastries, Café L’Orologio, the best gelato, Frigidarium, a convenient grocery store, Carefour and many wonderful eating establishments and shops. Silvia was helpful and responsive. Rome was wonderful!

Lovely place in a city center

Communication with Sylvia was easy and checking in was problem free. The rooms were large and the beds were very comfortable. The elevator is small, and was only a problem when dealing with lots of luggage. The bathrooms were spacious and clean although the toilets can be tricky to flush. The apartment is great for people who want to be in the heart of the action as it’s located just blocks from the hustle and bustle of Piazza Navona.

Photos not accurate

Photos showed furniture that wasn't there. Furniture was old looking and stains on couch cushions. Kitchen was not cleaned well and ants got into food if not in ziploc. No paper towel or additional kitchen towels. Bathrooms need cleaning or re-grouting - only received 1 set of towels for each guest for a 3 day stay...no additional toliet paper (we just had enough!( Place smelled every time we entered, noticed by all 4 of us. Internet down (which happens) but we had to wait 30 min to finally be let into apartment. Internet wasn't back up until our final day. No code box - have to have a huge set of keys to get into bldg and to apartment. All walls have been beat up and black scuff marks in hallway and all rooms. Needs to have a fresh paint job!!! The redeeming part of our stay was the location to main attractions and the restaurant right outside of bldg was great!

Ponte Apartment

It is a very nice apartment in a perfect location. The beds are comfortable. It could do with a refresh; the paint is a little tired looking. There were no instructions for the heating or televisions. I did not go to Rome to watch television but only one movie channel in English came up on the TV in the large bedroom. I would have liked to have seen RAI to test my Italian comprehension. The apartment was cold. What'sApp messages with the host to get some heat were unsatisfactory. I was told to turn up the temperature on the thermostat. Nothing happened. After scrolling through the menu on the thermostat, I saw that the thermostat was dis-abled; I enabled it and then realized that I need to turn on the boiler. I turned the temperature up above the temperature I was told to set it at. After two days, the temperature in the apartment was moderately comfortable; but we still needed to use the wall mounted heat/AC units in the bedrooms. The host was not very helpful. Bottom line, the paint needs refreshing and there should be written instructions for the central heating for visitors in the wintertime. Otherwise a great location for a visit to Rome.
