Casa Alma Mar, 2 minutes' walk to the beach
Soul of the sea! A few minutes' walk and you are already at the beach, the beach promenade and in the beautiful centre of Praia da Luz. The terraced end house is located in the so-called villa area of Luz, central and yet quiet. A small well-kept garden surrounded by walls protects you from strangers' glances, the spacious terrace on the first floor offers a view all the way to the sea. Outside stairs lead to the walled barbecue and garden.
Kitchen, living room with dining area and access to the terrace are on the ground floor, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the ground floor. The house is comfortably furnished and decorated with a successful mix of traditional Portuguese and some modern elements, perfect for feeling at home.
Beach runners, sun worshipers, family with or without children - it is the perfect house for holidays without a car!

Optimale Lage in tollem Ort Luz, aber Haus ungepflegt!
Die Lage ist perfekt, der Ort Luz toll, ebenso der Strand und die Lokale im Ort.
Das Haus benötigt dringend eine Renovierung.
