Thank you for rating your stay and we are happy you enjoyed your stay. We manage the other two properties and as you could see, they shared a large backyard, lots of space to park and each bedroom with private bathrooms. All three properties accommodation are the same and the only difference is the size of the house. Come back soon Mariela

All three of our properties have a lot of parking for boats and trucks. Three bedrooms with private bathroom is also a plus. I hope we host you back soon. My father was a professional fisherman in the US, and in his free time, he built homes. Each of our properties has something special, like Villa 1, which has a 55-foot-long covered garage and plenty of space to park more cars and boats in the back of the house. Hello Mr. Jackson, Thank you very much for your feedback. I appreciate you letting us know about your experience. Regarding the hot water, we checked all three bathrooms and found the water heaters are working well. It turns out the temperature valve had been set to low, which caused the delay in getting hot water. Fortunately, each house is equipped with two water heaters, so we were able to quickly resolve the issue. As for the insect you mentioned, we treat each house every two months to keep them pest-free. In our nine years of hosting, this has been a very rare occurrence, as you may have seen from our reviews. Still, I apologize for any inconvenience this caused. I’m glad we were able to offer you a complimentary night to make up for the hot water issue. Thank you again for staying with us, and I hope to welcome you back in the future!

Dish service in the LR has been restored but I am glad the TV in the MB was working. Now you know our location and seen our properties so you can choose any of the three next time. When available Villa 1, I like to upgrade my guests. AS you saw, we have plenty of parking for many boats and trucks and also our shared backyard makes it a great place to enjoy it. Now that you need to come back to pick up your tubing, please look at the other 2 properties that we have next to the one that you stayed at. They all have 3BR and 3.5 BA but with covered garage. I also appreciate that you guys left the house very clean but remember, you have paid for cleaning fees! LOL. Take care Mariela
