Villa Maren is located in a great and exclusive location above the sea lagoon of Alvor and the A Rocha nature reserve. You have a view over the charming nature reserve of the lagoon all the way to the kilometre-long Meia Praia beach, the Palmares golf course and the silhouettes of Alvor, a fishing town near Portimão. The house faces south, so it is sun-drenched and consists of a spacious living/dining room, a generous kitchen, the two bedrooms and bathrooms - one of them en suite. The high-quality and comfortable furnishings provide a pleasant atmosphere. On the side of the house is the large terrace with built-in, traditionally tiled Portuguese benches and a table, next to the barbecue area. Sun loungers are available around the pool for relaxing.Villa Maren is captivating due to its first-class location.
