Archi house of 180m2, 3 bedrooms each with a double bed, 2 toilets, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room, a dining room with fully equipped American kitchen overlooking the pool and benefiting from large and large picture windows , a living room with a ceiling height of 3.5 m overlooking the swimming pool also; a TV lounge with an area of 27 m2 equipped with a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 people .The number of bedding is 8 people
The Garden is 3000m2 with a 4X11 meter swimming pool and a large 150m2 terrace. Sunbathing is located around the pool to rest.
The house was completely renovated in April 2018

Great property and location but in need of some TLC and updating (in need of air conditioning throughout property). Had the wow factor when we walked through the door with the contemporary style that we love. Great little village, supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, restaurants and vets.

Cool property

Lovely property with lots of cool designer furniture. The village has everything you need including an excellent boulangerie and a big supermarket. To get into Bordeaux you’ll need to drive or to use an infrequent bus service. The house is well equipped. Portable aircon units in the bedrooms work well but are pretty noisy. The garden is secure so great for dog owners.

Tres belle propriété avec beau terrain mais ayant besoin de rafraîchissement. Cette demeure a deja du avoir ses heures de gloire dans le passé. Peut etre aussi améliorer les installations des air climatisés un vrai BBQ renover le deck de piscine sinon tres logeable et lumineux.

Wenn man gerne für sich sein möchte, dann ist man hier richtig. Das Haus bietet jeden Komfort und ist perfekt für Hundehalter. Eine Bäckerei, ein Metzger, ein Restaurant sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Mit dem Auto ist man in weniger als 20 Minuten in Bordeaux.

Bon séjour mais...

Nous avons eu la chance de pouvoir séjourner le temps d’un week-end de trois jours dans cette jolie maison d’architecte. Les photos correspondent bien à la réalité. Nous avons été accueillis par la femme de ménage qui nous a fait faire le tour du propriétaire. Très très belle décoration et très aéré. Nous étions 8 et tout le monde y trouvait son compte. Cependant, je trouve que niveau propreté, peut mieux faire. Nous avons tout de même passer 1 bonne heure à nettoyer après notre arrivée. Les surfaces de la cuisine et de la salle à manger n’étaient pas propre, nous avons nettoyé les murs des toilettes car il y avait des tâches... les canapés en tissus sont assez viellots et ne donne pas forcément envie de s'asseoir dedans! L’intérieur des rangements dans les chambres etaient sales et contenaient des déchets sûrement provenant des locataires précédents! Les rideaux étaient tachés! Et les baies vitrés magnifiques mais pas fonctionnelles! Impossible de les fermer à clés donc nous avons passé le w-e un peu «insecure»!!! La piscine nickel même si l’eau n’était pas aussi bleu que sur les photos. Les transat aussi sont à changer, ils sont écaillés! Donc voilà dans l’ensemble ça a ete mais il faudrait peut être penser à changer un peu le mobilier viellots et approfondir le nettoyage!

Vacances dans un endroit parfait

La maison et les alentours ont dépassé nos attente. Le jardin est magnifique et entièrement clos (idéal pour notre petit chien). L’endroit est calme, toutefois très proche de toutes commodités (boulangerie, resto et supermarchés). Bordeaux se trouve à 20 min. en voiture et aussi très central pour visiter la région. Nous conseillons vivement, endroit idéal. Nous y retournerons volontiers.
