Downtown island condo available, central to all the Town of La Pointe and Island has to offer. Perfect location, convenient and within walking/biking distance to everything - the ferry, restaurants, coffee shops, museums, art studios, bars, golf course, pool and marina.

This nautical designed unit consists of 1 bedroom w/ Queen bed, bathroom with shower/bath, full kitchen, futon sofa in the living room, TV (no reception) with DVD player. Sleeps 4. 2 night minimum during the Summer months.

I doubt you can find a condo with a better location. This place has the very best location - right off the ferry. The check in was a breeze, good instructions and communication and the condo was very clean.

A clean basic unit, very clean and so close to EVERYTHING. I loved the location. I was attending a class at MISA and this was the perfect place to rest and refresh!

The location was perfect. Close to everything. Unit provided lots of extras like, floats for the lake, chairs, kitchen utensils and an HVAC! which kept it cool since the temps while we stayed were in the 80's. We will be back! Thank you.

Close to everything for walking downtown. Bedroom got a little stuffy, but fan placement is well thought out and worked well. Clean and easy access in and cleanup / departure is simple. Really enjoyed this condo and the Madeline Island experience.

Great stay!

You can't beat the location of this condo! Just a few minutes walk from the public beach, great shops, restaurants, and bars. Very clean and comfortable with all the amenities you would need.

Clean, comfortable, and close to everything. We loved the location of this condo, especially with its proximity to the grocery store and everything else. The host graciously allowed for a small change to our reservation as well. Highly recommend for a stay on Madeline Island.

The condo was very clean and easy to find. Check in was also very easy. The only real downside to our stay was the condo next to us had two large barking dogs. My understanding when booking was that no dogs were allowed.

La Pointe of order, this is a nice place to stay!

Well situated in downtown La Pointe. Days at the lagoon and nights at Tom’s. During the weekend, the bakery just below has fantastic coffee and baked goods in the morning. The property was clean and well-stocked. It also has a great living area if you want to get a game of Euchre going (or Sheepshead or Cribbage, I don’t judge). We were there during one of the hottest weekends, and the A/C was able to keep us comfortable.

Perfect Location

This place is great!!!! First off I would like to thanks the hosts for working with me on changing the dates due to an emergency with my dog. Great communication and very understanding. The location is perfect, right in the middle of town and walking distance to everything. Would 100% stay again.

We had a lovely stay at the La Pointe rental. The location was perfectly located.

We had a lovely stay at the Ferry Dock landing rental. The space was as described and was perfectly located next to most of the restaurants and shops on the island. There is a nice coffee shop and bakery downstairs and the Motion to go bike rental is also located just downstairs. I’d recommend this unit to anyone visiting the island for a trip looking for a nice place to stay with dependable owners. Thank you!
