This gorgeous location has so much to offer... It is time to decompress and relax with the stunning views of the lake and of the Apostle Islands , while enjoying the convenience of being in downtown La Pointe.

Sunset Perch is a welcome retreat from busy living. It is just a short walk from the Madeline Island Ferry. There is plenty to enjoy outdoors - the Madeline Island beaches, hiking, golf, playground, parks, and tennis are all nearby.

We invite you to sip coffee on the deck in the morning, or catch the gorgeous sunset with a cool beverage, after a long day of fun! Take a bike or moped ride out to Big Bay State Park for a hike, kayaking or enjoy a dip in the lake.

Warm and inviting, this well-appointed condo is perfect for family vacations, for long weekends and special occasion getaways.

Featuring a fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining area, two full bedrooms and one full bath. Plenty of windows make the condo bright and airy. Sliding glass doors lead out to a large deck overlooking the lake, where you can sunbathe, dive into a good book, and enjoy a cocktail.

The downtown location is convenient to all the shopping , pubs, and especially for enjoying the many great dining options, all steps away.

Parking is available if you decide to bring your car, but a car is not necessary.

This space is fantastic! Located right in the heart of the town, it gave us spectacular views and a wonderful patio where we watched the sun set over the lake. The accommodations were comfortable and clean. Definitely would stay here again!

Everything was just as we expected, based on all the photos and info online. Host Colleen texted a few times beforehand to make sure we were prepped for being on a slightly remote island (her note about limited groceries was super helpful and accurate!) Our whole stay was great for our family of four. Highly recommend if you are looking for an escape and nice home base to explore Madeline Island.

Great location with a balcony overlooking the water and right near the shops and restaurants. Unit was fully stocked with everything we needed. Just a heads up that the outdoor space leading into it is shared by several businesses and other units and that was very messy with garbage from the other places that you had to walk right through. But the unit itself was very clean. I would stay again!

The second story corner location and lovely veranda were great for lake views. The town is colorful and everything you could want is within easy walking distance. Loved the coffee shop downstairs. The nearby bar had a surprising selection of good food. Be sure to see the Madeline Iskand Museum.

We loved the Sunset Perch. It was the perfect location for us. The space was clean and nice. We were there at a quiet time of year, so it was peaceful. Gorgeous sunsets and close to restaurants and shops. Will definitely stay again. Thanks!

Our stay was adequate for our needs, although the property is in dire need for a lot of TLC as it is very worn and could use a good cleaning. We had an incident where there was a pile of garbage at the bottom of the steps the morning we were checking out as well as a dead bird and the listing did not state as far as I could see that it was the second floor unit with many steps and seeing that we were attending an art class at MISA we had a lot of items to bring up the steps and at our age with a couple bad knees, it was not very desirable so I would list that it’s a second floor with many steps would we stay again, not at the price for the condition that the unit is in although we did enjoy our stay for what we needed and we thank the host for making it available.

We had the best stay possible. The location was amazing as it was close to the ferry and town attractions, had parking available and had a superb balcony where we could enjoy the lakefront. We felt right at home throughout our stay.

Nice stay!

We came for the Apple Festival and really enjoyed staying on the island to get away from the crowds. The rental had an excellent view of Lake Superior and was equipped with just about everything a person would need.

Amazing Stay!

We were not anticipating staying on Madeline Island, but we are so glad we did! This location was perfect, right downtown easy to walk to all the shops and beautiful views for coffee in the morning or wine at night. Super clean, check in and check out were super easy and it was great having easy parking!
