Wi-Fi, television… A security deposit of €350 is required, to be paid in cash at check-in and refunded after verifying that the property is clean and in good condition. This deposit does not cover damage to furniture or the property itself.
Groups of young people under 25 years of age are not accepted. No guests will be accepted if the person who made the reservation is not staying at the property, as that person is responsible for the contract with the property.

Please respect the natural surroundings, as you will encounter adjacent farmland as well as any signs indicating restricted access.
Parties or events are not permitted during your stay.
Please remember that the rental covers the accommodation and the pool; any incidents occurring outside of these areas are the sole responsibility of the tenant.
