About this property

Stunning apartment in front of Paseo Colón. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a spectacular terrace with views to the Port Vell. It is located very close to La Rambla, El Born and La Barceloneta.

It has Wi-Fi Internet connection, air conditioning and safe. You will also find a fully equipped kitchen and a bright living room with a comfortable sofa, smart TV, tables and chairs.

The apartment is provided with towels and bed linen on arrival.

There is no private parking. However, there is a public car park about 250 metres from the apartment.

No parties or stag/hen parties are allowed.

The city tax is not included in the price of the flat. It costs 6.05€ per adult per night up to a maximum of seven nights.

Our Reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you can pick up your key between 9.00 and 20.00 from Monday to Friday (except bank holidays from Monday to Friday). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or a bank holiday during the week) the key collection is at 228 Aribau street. The opening hours are from 09.00 to 20.00. Self check in with mobile phone from 15.00 onwards

Check-in after 21:00h is done in person at the flats and has an extra cost of 30€.

Vacation

Great space with awesome view. We were there during Christmas time and there was a market right across the street with live music nightly. We enjoyed sitting on the patio looking at the lights.

Not for children

When we arrived the floors were filthy. The windows opened fully with no latches which was very dangerous for children. Great area as very near everything. However I would not return.

We had a terrific stay

The apartment was exactly as billed. It was comfortable, clean and had great air conditioning. As promised, the apt was not ready until 3 - If you arrive early you can leave your bags at the Olaliving office and pick up later as we did.
