Spacious, adorable remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bath year round vacation rental with direct access to The LITTLE RED River. The home is fully equipped with washer/dryer and has fully stocked kitchen, towels included. Enjoy first class FLY-FISHING just steps away from Scroncher Shoals along with EXCELLENT bank fishing. Enjoy fire-pit to keep warm on cool evenings in a relaxing RIVER VIEW setting. Parking includes ample room for boat. Barnett's boat launch access is only 1 mile away. The Damsite Marina is six minutes away. Excellent restaurants beginning 1 mile away with renown Cafe Klaser's on the River and Chuck's Fine Dining Restaurant.
The area is a hikers' delight, with many trails within 6 miles. Try out Sugarloaf Mountain Trail, Mossy Bluff Buckeye Trail (from the Gardner Visitor Center) and Bridal Falls Trail (Sugarloaf, Mossy Bluff and listed as moderate and Bridal Falls as easy).
Close to Baptist Hospital.
NO PETS permitted. NON SMOKING.
NO internet.
DVD library and lot of table games.

We loved our stay here! We found everything that we needed, the place is spacious and clean, the communication was excellent, and the ice, water, and cookies were a special treat!!The river is beautiful, and the stairs were easy to climb. The area by the river was mowed so it was easy to walk around. The chair by the water is a perfect place to sit in peace!Deb was kind and helpful and across the way her dog, Cooter, was very friendly!! We’ll absolutely be back!!

Our host was amazing. She brought us eggs off her farm and set up games for the kids in the yard. A 2 minute walk and you are in trout fishing heaven. So quiet and peaceful. Deer and Grey squirrels everywhere. 10 minutes from Sandy Beach and close to town if you need stuff.

Deb, the host, has decorated a nicely renovated single-wide to reflect fishing, faith, and farm themes. Everything fits together! I enjoyed this very quiet property on a former farm. Plenty of amenities inside. Outside are seating groups, a fire circle, and a sturdy stairway down to the Little Red River. Halfway down is a small deck with table and chairs. In the quiet late afternoon I watched deer and geese from that vantage point. Fishing is also a possibility. An excellent place for a quiet country vacation!

Absolutely wonderful and extremely comfortable place. The river location and the overall property. I travel all over the country with work and stay at a lot of locations and this simply was the most “at home” feeling I have had. Just peaceful and relaxingThe owners are absolutely wonderful. We loved the Great Pyrenees she had in the pasture. Slept like a champ every night!!
