Villa Mares is a fresh and bright 4 bedroom villa set in an ideal location, within walking distance of the popular resort of Calan Forcat. The large private pool is surrounded by an attractive patio area with large brick BBQ and shaded terrace - the perfect place for a spot of al fresco dining. Air conditioning is in the bedrooms and lounge as well as WiFi and pool heating are included.

Villa Mares has a fantastic location in the sought after resort of Calan Forcat, just a few minutes walk from the centre of the resort. There are a choice of fabulous sandy beaches and coves in the area as well as a great selection of shops and places to eat. The islands old capital of Ciutadella is also just a short drive away.
