The apartments are 30 meters from the beach and 2.5 km from the center of Dénia. The complex has a swimming pool with Jacuzzi and private parking. The apartments are located in the Punta Negra beach, clear water creek, which is "marine reserve of Cabo de San Antonio", making it ideal for diving and enjoy the sea, you can also make a visit to the "Cova Talla" Tosca stone quarry from Roman times. Along the beach runs a promenade, which lets you enjoy a relaxing stroll to the town of Dénia and along its 2.5 km journey you will find restaurants to enjoy the typical gastronomy of the area.
