The open plan kitchen and daylight soaked living room are fully equipped and airconditioned. The recently renovated bathroom offers a pleasant rainshower, with a separate toilet located in the entrance hallway.

Utilities include hair dryer, laundry facility, waste disposal, a flatscreen TV, combi microwave-oven, induction hob, american style coffee machine and toaster and washing machine among others.

Meanwhile, the old town centre of Nice and the famous Mediterranean square - Place Mássena, are only a 15-minutes’ walk from here!

The closest international airport is Nice Côte d’ Azur, approximately a 15-minute’s drive away. The tramstop is a 5 minute walk from the appartment with direct access to the Airport and only 1 stop to the famous Place Massena.
