Emma, thank you SO much for this lovely feedback! We're really delighted that you enjoyed your stay, and we would absolutely love to host you again in the future. Kind regards, the CAP team.
What a great place to stay though not much to do in Kirriemuir as most things closed when we were there, found things to do round the area. The cottage had everything you need for a great stay, the only thing lacking is cutlery. A great place for a relaxing time away.
Stayed in thrums cottage to visit nearby family. Excellent base for exploring the area.Equiped with everything you would need. Parking outside property never a problem. This property is full of character would definitely recommend
Thrums Cottage is a delightful, beautifully furnished and well equipped accommodation that met all our needs. The size was perfect for the two of us and parking conveniently available at the front door. Heavy rain/flooding and the closure of Glamis Castle kept us indoors in front of a blazing fire comfortably warm and reading "A Window in Thrums"!
Beautiful cottage with everything included, just like home. Very close to shops, restaurants etc. Killiemuir locals were all very friendly and all pubs & restaurants were also dog friendly. The location was ideal for sight seeing local towns & day trips to Forfar, St Andrews etc. we had a great holiday. 😍
We loved this little place - so cozy but plenty of room. The kitchen was awesome! We walked to dinner a couple times and saw the many historical sites around the house and town. The house was very clean!
