The home is beautiful and we were treated to viewing a bull elk and his "haram" from the back deck on our last day! We were so comfortable, we would definitely recommend this property!
This was one of the best VRBO properties we have stayed at. The location was close to Safeway, downtown and Rocky Mountain National Park. We had a great time!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable both inside and outside. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall, a comfortable, well-equipped stay. However, motion lighting at front door is needed. Clean odor-free blankets are needed—the xtra blankets need washing.Beautiful views from large deck. Keyless entry to the garage door was not operational.
The place was very clean, and location great. Here are a few comments that we noticed:- It’s listed as four bedrooms, but one room only had a bed, no closet, no hooks to hang up clothes, etc., also the french class doors don’t block out the noise- No hooks in the bathroom next to the master suite, no place to hang towels, etc.- The scratched Teflon pans need to be replaced
We stayed for six days and celebrated our son's wedding at venue close by. This was a perfect house for our family with it's huge and well equipped kitchen. It was close to all of the conveniences that we needed but yet still felt like we were in a quiet and beautiful place. Close to good restaurants and the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. The view off of the back deck was so peaceful and we were fortunate enough to see some wildlife! We will definitely be back!
The house was spacious & very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked including spices. It was an easy 10 minute walk to the downtown area. The only suggestions would be to add hooks or towel bars in the bathrooms & an umbrella for the table on the deck. Thanks for a lovely stay.
Property was very clean. Some of the communication with the property manager was not optimal. The wrong WiFi network name was in the property book and when I questioned what it was, I was told it was in the book. Eventually, we figured it out and I had to tell them they should correct it for future visitors. Also, it was a struggle to get some of the heating to work and since the temperature was in the 30s, some of the rooms were very cold. However, the manager was responsive in general and, overall, it was a nice stay.
Absolutely spotless home. There were eight of us, five adults and three children, and this home was perfect for us with lots of space and a perfect number of bedrooms (4) and bathrooms (3). It had lots of equipment in the kitchen, along with some basics like salt, pepper, oil, etc. Our only complaint was it was a little cold at times, but there were strict instructions not to adjust the heat (in-floor heat). We did use the fireplace in the living room to take chill off, but the floors were quite cold. Everything else was great. The house is very close to downtown. We loved stargazing on the deck at night, too. We saw and heard a bull elk on day one and saw deer nearly every day.
A wonderful place to stay if you are coming to Estes. This place is perfect for families with children or grandparents. Plenty of room and a nice outdoor deck to relax.and enjoy the peaceful area.
Karine is the best host! The stay was exactly as described and Karine was so accommodating and helpful. Would definitely book again next time i'm in Estes Park.
The house was just what we wanted for our family to be together for a destination wedding. The house was as nice as the photos. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.
