WE love staying in litchfield by the sea and have stayed in other condos in litchfield before. This condo is by far our favorite. It is perfect size for our family. The large dining room table and cozy furniture in the living room make us feel right at home. We will hopefully be back for many years to come!

We will be back again ! We truly loved the condo. I only hope is that the cleaning of the property improves. The management company was attentive and friendly when called. The property does need a good deep clean.

The Dunes rental company was wonderful. The condo was wonderful. I love the area. We did have some trouble with the pool staff at Sandpiper Run, however, when they continued to ask if our children were potty trained.

Awesome close beach view. Enjoyed watching dolphins In the water from the patio. Good covered designated parking. Beautiful 2 story condo, well maintained with full size washer and dryer. It was not well noted, but main baths and bedrooms were on a lower level floor. Depending on the guest mobility, the two level could be a deal breaker.

Great week!

Litchfield by the Sea is a beautiful spot. Our unit was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Only issue was kitchen drawers were in desperate need of cleaning. A few actually had mouse droppings. We phoned right away and cleaning service was sent over immediately and did a fantastic job remedying the problem. Property management apologized profusely and cleaning staff was wonderful.

Perfect Stay, beautiful condo

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family of four. Check in and check out was easy. It was beautiful on the inside. The couch in the den was so comfy and the view from the balcony was awesome. We opened up the blinds and enjoyed the sunrise one morning. Spectacular! There was plenty of room for my two teenage boys and my husband and I. We would absolutely recommend this condo to any one looking for a place to stay in this area. We will definitely consider staying again on our next visit.
