This beautiful penthouse is located in a unique location in Seville, from the terraces you can enjoy the panoramic views of the city. This magnificent property is the ideal place for a luxurious stay on your visit to Seville.
From the entrance of the apartment there is direct access to a beautiful living room with an integrated kitchen. The living room has a double sofa-bed measuring 1.40 x 1.90m and with access to one of the private terraces. The kitchen is modern, functional and fully equipped with everything you need.
Crossing the living room we reach the bedroom, made up of two single beds of 0.90 x 1.90m, and with a complete bathroom en suite.
The first terrace has a dining table for 4 people, and through it and going up some stairs you can access the other two terraces, one of them with two loungers for sunbathing and the other with an outside seating area with sofas.
The area of the apartment is one of the most sought after and valued in Seville. In the same Castilla street, right next to the food market and the famous Triana Bridge, a privileged location. In the surroundings you can find the best tapas bars, restaurants and grocery stores in the city, and also in the food market itself you can buy the best fresh food and enjoy the best Andalusian cuisine. Also in the environment there are supermarkets, shops and other types of shops and services.

The location was great and convenient. Quiet building with amazing views of the Giralda and Puente de Triana. Unfortunately, the building and the flat have a horrible sewer problem. The odor was strongest in the bathroom because of faulty plumbing for the shower. We purchased a plug in air freshener to help cover up the smell. If the issue is resolved, it is a perfect place to stay for 2 people.
