Mallard Pointe Overlook
New lake front condominium in a developing community. Beautiful top floor unit with unobstructed views of the breathtaking Smith Lake. The condo features 3 bedrooms with each having their own bathroom, an open concept kitchen and living room with vaulted ceilings, and a balcony overlooking the lake. Amenities include two pools, pickle ball court, basketball court, club house, workout space, and private boat slip.
All bedroom have smart TVs and wireless phone and watch chargers. Multiple family games, fishing poles, and outdoor recreational items included.
Full stocked kitchen with all cooking and baking supplies. Blender, toaster, slow cooker, and Keurig all available.
Each bathroom will be stocked with bath towels, wash cloths, hand towels, and make up remover cloths. Travel size shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion will be provided.
All bedroom have smart TVs and wireless phone and watch chargers. Multiple family games, fishing poles, and outdoor recreational items included.
