This charming villa located in the Marquesa area (Denia) has two bedrooms and can accommodate 4 people.
It features a spacious garden (fully fenced) and a large swimming pool, as well as all types of outdoor furniture for your use and enjoyment.
The villa is decorated with great personality, and upon entering, you'll find the living/dining room with a fireplace, as well as a glazed porch ideal for dining in the sun during winter months. The American kitchen is equipped with all conveniences: fridge, microwave, gas cooker, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle.
For your comfort, the house has WiFi, central heating, and air conditioning in both bedrooms.
The two rooms have 1.50m beds and next to them is the bathroom with a shower.

La zona exterior muy agradable. Extras como la vinoteca o la barbacoa de gas geniales

Rundum schön
Wir waren leider nur 1 Woche dort, aber wir haben es sehr genossen ! Der Garten ist wunderschön angelegt, es war herrlich ruhig und im Haus gibt es alles, was man für einen tollen Urlaub braucht !
Wir waren absolut happy und werden wiederkommen !
Vielleicht den Check-In etwas früher legen.
Sonst sind wir absolut zufrieden und glücklich gewesen! ️

Der Aufenthalt in Denia war wie immer hervorragend. Jederzeit immer wieder .
Uns gefällt es hier sehr gut. Das Haus, die Umgebung, der Ort und die Menschen. Alles war super,wie immer.Sind noch nie hier enttäuscht worden.Freuen uns auf den nächsten Urlaub.Vielen Dank an das Team von carlosferien.
