Lovely accommodation near St Andrews with stunning views of Largo law and across Firth of Forth. Ideal for golfers, cyclists and coastal path walkers and anyone seeking tranquility. Fully equipped kitchen area with oven, fridge freezer, microwave, etc. Small shower room with toilet and basin. Bedroom with super king sized bed which can be easily changed to twin bedroom if desired. Open plan living room with settee, wifi, electric heating. Garden and parking space. Well behaved dogs welcome

Private parking space next to entrance, front garden and paved patio area with table and chairs looking out towards open countryside and Forth estuary.
Guest access
Guests have sole use of accommodation and are provided with front door key. Access to Sun lounge with table tennis, comfortable settees ideal for reading and relaxing. Shared washing machine and utility room.

We have a toddler size cot available if required
