Relax at The Terrace Recently refurbished apartment which consists of open plan kitchen and living area with WIFI 42 inch smart TV and Amazon Alexa with comfortable seating and dining area
Fully fitted kitchen with fridge freezer, microwave, induction hob, oven and dishwasher
The bedroom has a kingsize bed that can be split into twin beds there is a 26 inch smart TV, en-suite toilet and french doors that lead to a private outside patio area
The shower room has a toilet, walk in shower with rain head and a heated towel rail
Utility area where there is a washing machine
The front garden is enclosed and has seats and benches for sitting at the garden is situated in front of the house
Dogs are welcome on request, a £40 fee applies per pet, maximum 2 small dogs

Spotless, roomy lovely flat with everything you need to enjoy this beautiful part of Scotland. Also features 2 outdoor areas to enjoy the views and sea air. Caroline is a wonderful, responsive host. Highly recommend!

Really excellent, well-presented apartment, one that we'd like to visit again. St Monans is a very pretty and quiet fishing village with a couple of great restaurants. We did a nice coastal walk to Anstruther and got the bus back.

Great holiday

The Terrace is a perfect little home from home, very well equiped and finished to a high standard. The place was spotless when we arrives, we couldn't fault a thing. It is also in a great location just 5 mins walk to the harbour and parking was never a problem. Can't wait to go back! Caroline was a wonderful host and check that we arrived safely and the we had enjoyed out holiday and gotten home safely afer our stay.

Visit to St. Monans

The property was furnished to a very high standard but with only one small exception. The size of the sinks were too small for my comfort [couldn't wash my face]

This wee apartment is just a few minutes walk from the harbour. It was spotlessly clean. We picked it as dog friendly - I’d say they allow dogs but not particularly ‘dog friendly’ as no bowls or throws etc provided - there is however a fee to take your dog so check this out before booking. However that aside, no faults to pick. The apartment is very modern, looks recently renovated, nice open living space - I’d say it’s nicer than the pictures portray. Bed is comfy & we were surprised to find 2 loos, plus a tiny patio off the bedroom.
