It's a nice place to stay if you wish to be on a building site. The much raved-about exterior dining experience on the balcony does not exist because it is covered in screws and other building debris. There's a note on the sliding glass door which states, "BALCONY OUT OF USE!" The unit had a pile of used towels on the floor in one of the closets. I opened the washing machine to do some laundry and saw a screw in it. Presumably, they rent the unit to the builders who are working on the complex. Underneath the television, there were two remotes; one had no batteries inside. I was going to make breakfast, but was disgusted by the condition of the frying pans. The windows are hard to open and close because the channels are full of debris. Avoid
