If the recipe for Montmartre's old-world charm is cobbled streets and quaint cafes, then this cosy one-bedroom apartment offers generous helpings of both. Encircled by the labyrinthine trails and historic architecture that make this neighbourhood so special, it also comes with its own picturesque little courtyard, so you can bring the spirit of Parisian cafe culture to your own front door. With the heady views of Sacré Cœur and the attractive market square of Place du Tertre just minutes away, it's very tempting to stay close to home, but if you do feel like venturing out, there are plenty of transport options with the Metro and Gare St Lazare Station nearby.
LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN
Opening onto a delightful cobbled courtyard, this homely open-plan living room combines fresh interiors with cushy seating, making an excellent spot to relax - indoors or out. Plush turquoise armchairs and a framed print of Van Gogh's blossoms on a blue sky add a touch of artistic verve to the scene. A small kitchen sits opposite, complete with table and chairs - a delightful spot for a meal with a view. The stripy sofa also converts into a comfy double bed, ideal if you've got an extra guest staying.
COURTYARD
It doesn't get more old-world Parisian than this - a picturesque shared courtyard, complete with cobbles, lampposts, and leafy trees. Soaking up the city's atmosphere can easily be achieved just by sitting out here and sipping a chilled glass of Pinot (this last bit is essential, we've tested it).
PRINCIPAL BEDROOM
The bedroom is a serene combination of fresh whites, light wood, and large windows, and offers a picture-postcard view of the courtyard. There's a Queen-size bed, along with a convenient little desk and chair, and a generously-sized wardrobe.
BATHROOM
A compact but well-equipped bathroom in soft grey tones, with a walk-in shower, wash basin and WC.
**To rent this property, the minimum age requirement is 25 years old.**

The double sofa bed in the living room is comfy but snug, so probably best suited to one guest. Please note this home is not equipped with a washing machine. Please note, road renovation are occuring in the street until the 4th of April 2025 during working hours and during the night on the 24th and 25th of February, and on the 25th and 26th of March 2025. When your booking has been confirmed, we will ask you to fill in a pre-check-in form on our website to confirm your identity and booking details. Please note you will need to provide an official photographic identification document.
