The living area is comfortably furnished with a double sofa bed and a kitchen island with chairs, making it a versatile space for both relaxation and work. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, perfect for working from home or making video calls.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a sink, electric kettle, toaster, refrigerator, stove, microwave with oven, Nespresso coffee machine, and dishwasher. You’ll also find a full set of dishes, cutlery, and crockery, as well as pots, pans, and kitchen utensils for your convenience. The apartment also features a combination washer and dryer, along with an iron, ironing board, vacuum, mop, and broom for your comfort.
The bedroom, overlooking the peaceful courtyard, is furnished with a queen-sized bed and a superior quality mattress. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows, and pillowcases are provided, along with bath towels for each guest.
The apartment includes a bathroom with a shower, while the toilet is in a separate water closet. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer and complimentary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel, and hand soap to get you started on your stay.
Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans can be provided upon request, subject to availability.

- Damage deposit of €800 is required before arrival. The deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of check-out, subject to property inspection and bank processing times.
